      If I could give a zero star review I would! From the start we have had nothing but issues with our internet cutting out or us having WAY less speed than we pay for. When contacting the company the say they either dont see an issue or the issue is with our housing and there is nothing they can do about that. Outside of that I was given false information about my billing which caused us to have a late fee which I addressed as soon as I became aware of said issue was not even issued an apology for it and was then informed that the promotional gift card I was signed up to get was now null and void and I would not be getting it due to my late fee. They are the absolute worst internet company I have ever had to deal with in terms of service and customer service. If it wasnt for the fact that we live on a military installation and they are the only internet company available I would have dropped them long ago.

      WowWay internet is the worst I have ever experienced! It constantly goes out and/or needs to be reset. I find very funny that when you call you get a recording that talks about 'reliable internet to make your life easier.' Waiting on hold for over an hour, multiple times a month, only to get nowhere, is NOT making my life easier. Today's issue is a new one, a DNS error. I can't even get on my bank website, the DAY BEFORE Christmas! I just talked to ***** in Live Chat and without even asking why I was contacting them he said --- I have checked and see that there is an outage reported in your location which is affecting all the WOW! services. Our technicians are working at their best to get it resolved and there is no estimated time for this. Please be patient with us and try it again after some time and reach us if you still have any issue.Then I told him "I'm on the outage page at ***************************** right now and there are no outages listed in my area."His response was, "I'm sorry to hear that."Awful customer service!!!

      I have already filed and *** and *** complaint against them, Currently I'm paying for 1200 mbps and receiving 5 mbps at this current time and only average about 60 % most of the time. They also are commiting fraud selling people 1000 mbps or 1200 mbps and sending them the eeros router that can only handle 500 mbps over wireless brodcast. I suggest anyone that reads this file their own fcc and ftc complaint, and not to stop until they do something to fix it.

      My wow internet service is terrible. It is down more than it is up. The last few times I called tech service I get someone who I cannot understand and they get offended. You never receive any notification they will be down or when you can expect service to return. If service does not improve tremendously by the end of my billing cycle I am changing service provider. There are other options in *********** Fl

      I was searching the Internet for WOW service. Evidently they used my IP address to search for my address. I received a voice mail and text from a sales representative, ******* *******, soliciting my business. I did not respond. The next day ******* ******* came to my home to further solicit. Despite the fact that I have a sign on my door that says Absolutely NO Soliciting Do NOT Ring Bell, Do NOT Knock she rang anyway. There was no respect for my wishes to not be bothered. On hearing the bell ring my 2 large dogs responded such that I had difficulty holding them back when I opened the door. Ms. ******* handed me a WOW advertisement. I showed my anger (I raised my voice) for her not respecting my privacy and she abruptly took the advertisement out of my hand, muttered something and left. WOW is a loser organization with loser sales representatives. After this experience I would never do business with them. There are too many other options for Internet/TV.

      I changed to WOW because I thought the rates were better than my previous provider, and they were. The problem is they keep changing my bill to get more money. What should have been a set rate changes because certain boxes mysteriously become unchecked (paperless billing). The customer service is soooo bad, that it's not worth the lower rates to deal with these people. First of all, there should have been a 100$ referral fee but we never received it, though WOW **** told us over and over that the email was sent. We called the center that takes care of that and they said WOW never even sent them notification to send us the money. The person who signed up and the referral should each get 100$ but neither or us did. I despise liars, cheats and conmen. Good internet service / bad customer service. I should have checked the *********** Al reviews before I changed to WOW

      WOW is a terrible service!! I might have to get something else!! BUT WOW customer service is worse than terrible. I always get the run around. It has now been two weeks to get assistance to get my email back up. I have called and done their "live chat" and still no resolution.
