We are very sorry you feel this way. We charge appropriately for the work completed and we absolutely stand by our work. We are extremely accommodating but unfortunately, we do not warranty parts that are 57 years old and original to your car. Your claim of being overcharged, double and triple charged for things is blatantly false. We have gone over your billing repeatedly and you are yet to point to any such charges. We went over every inch of your car prior to leaving 8 months ago and you were very satisfied with everything. You called yesterday to let us know you had a leaking gas tank that we did not replace and expected us to fix it for free. Most people that own a classic vehicle know that there are always going to be things that need to be maintained. We were very transparent from the onset of your restoration, as we are with all of our customers, that it is impossible to accurately estimate the cost from the start. In our industry we inevitably encounter unforeseen issues that only come to light once a project has been started and as a result this is why we are a time and materials shop.
