Its truly unfortunate Im writing this review.Ill start by saying DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I took my car to fasanos 4 months ago after speaking to them for a month prior about taking it to them. I finally took the car. We spoke about a 5k budget to get the motors in working order. They originally told me it would take a month. Then it came back that it need about an additional 2k Im work and I said yes. Well they ended up going ghost on me for over 2 months. I spoke to ***** a couple times saying they waiting on parts and then a month went by and nothing. I even went in person with my grandfather to speak to them and give them a partial payment. And they told me it would be wrapped up in a couple weeks this was 3 months ago.!And now. Theyve come back and said that $3800 was added on because of parts and labor when they never even spoke to me about it. Theyre lying saying they emailed when I barley just now received 10 emails of invoices.And now that I dont have the full amount they want to add on storage fees and late fees talking about we agreed to a weekly payment? When we never spoke of that. So now Im having to call my lawyer to work this out because ******** is super unprofessional.Its crazy that you go ghost on a customer for over A month and then come back with $3,800 in add ons and now want storage fees and late fees.Business response

We are very sorry that you feel this way, ****. As is the case with all potential customers, I personally explained our billing process prior to you ever bringing the car in. We also explained that while you have a $5k budget we cannot eliminate the possibility of finding other issues once the work has started. We have contacted you and received verbal approval at all points that it was determined additional work was required. The time frame was impacted due to lead time on parts needed that were not a part of the original scope of work. At no point have we declined to not take your call and we have encouraged you from the beginning, as we do all of our customers, to stop by anytime to check on progress. I had been trying to reach you for over a week without success. It was not until I emailed you this Monday informing you again of our late fee/storage fee policies, which are on all of your invoices, that you finally called to discuss the matter. Please remember you brought us your vehicle because it had been sitting for an extended period of time in a ************** with nothing getting done. Your vehicle is done and working properly. ...
