We recently hired Jakelich Construction **** for a concrete project that included our garage, driveway, and sidewalks. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and delivered exceptional results. They completed the entire project on time and within the budget, which was a huge relief.What impressed us even more was their attention to detail; they came back the day after completing the work to power spray and thoroughly clean up the job site. Contacted the owner **** about our driveway and steps. He set up and poured our backyard patio about 25 years ago and its still looking great. Came out to provide estimate for the driveway. Gave us timeframe of when they would do it. Good communication prior to start. **** called us the day of to let us know they'd start. The crew arrived promptly each day to 1) demo, 2) framing and rebar and 3) concrete pour/smoothing. Very pleasant and efficient. **** worked with the crew on the final day. Now the drive from the street into garage is SOOOO smooth. No bumps! Also re-did sunken steps from driveway up to our porch. Reasonable pricing. Neighbors are impressed.

Jeff and his crew did a great job replacing our driveway and path. It was a full tear out and replacement, his quote was reasonable and they were very professional. They finished the job in a few days and came back a month later to seal it. Jeff and Noe are kind, knowledgeable and hard workers, we are pleased with how everything turned out.

After a recommendation from a friend, we contracted with Jakelich to pour new sidewalks (where there were none previously) in our front and side yards. The timing was as estimated. Communication was good. The process and finished product were excellent and were even more than we could have anticipated. We couldn't be happier.

**** is a concrete expert and very efficient. He replaced our garage floor, driveway and sidewalk, a moderately complex project. When a problem arose with the soil under the driveway, he explained the reason and had an estimate ready to remedy it. There were no surprise costs at the end. He and his team worked hard and did not waste any time or effort. He provided good details in the estimate and did what to agreed to do. His recommendations were solid and we followed all of them. He returned calls and accommodated our schedule after a family emergency. The result is that we went from the worst driveway in the neighborhood to the best. The result is outstanding and he left the property clean. Perhaps the icing on the cake is that one of his team power washed the street to leave it in much better shape than when they started. I recommend **** for providing the best job (not merely an adequate one) at a very good price. There is a very good reason he has received 5 star ratings.

Excellent subcontractor/team delivered highly professional experience & end product.Mr. ** visited site on more than one occasion to determine best solution for my driveway, and also incorporated my neighbors requests for a little extension of his drive.Proposal was detailed, specific to my needs and issues. Language was explained as well as logic for design and approach. Mr. ** provided a solution for the pad under my front deck where other proposals ignored the part of the scope.Price was very competitive and included a more robust/ stronger solution than builder's product and competitor's bids.The team worked hard every minute on the job, with expertise and consideration. There were no issues with my neighbors during the job, and the after work clean up (one neighbor actually praised the absolute extent of the clean up). The team was supervised appropriately and I was impressed with Mr. **** respect for his team and his patience in guiding the team to the best outcome. I also had to rework the sprinkler system for my front yard and Mr. ** guided me through engaging my sprinkler company and coordinating his efforts with their efforts. I would simply not have known how to accomplish that.There was one change order to remove and dispose of a huge rock (common in my location) that was reviewed and approved by me as an unexpected event. Issues that arose the day of the pour were managed quickly. Job was completed on schedule, in a tight weather window. Minor issues were addressed w/out the need to nag and pursue. In all - extremely pleased with this company and highly recommend them. Mr. ** approaches his projects with honesty, expertise beyond other companies, and worked well with my minimal understanding of what was entailed.
