On June 14, 2021 my husband and I ordered cabinets through BKC for our kitchen remodel. The cabinets were beautiful and shipped very, very timely, especially considering the pandemic challenges and supply chain issues. They cabinets arrived on September 23, 2021. When the cabinets were delivered, three workers showed up and trashed our cabinets. They threw them to each other off the truck and stacked them 5 or 6 tall damaging many. The workers got into a large shouting match in our year and one yelled expletives and walked off the job. The cabinets were finally shoved into our living room in zero order or care for our home or the product.The company would not schedule anyone to install until December 20. On December 20, no one showed up. We called multiple times to learn that "someone had read the calendar wrong" and no one would arrive until December 22. On December 22 two very sloppy and unprofessional installers arrived well after noon smelling terribly of marijuana and sweat. They proceeded to open many boxes and leave a terrible mess and quite about 3. They said they would be back for a full day on the 23rd and would have 3 workers. On the 23rd they arrived with 2 workers and said they would leave just after lunch and would come back on the 27th.The project is still not complete. The worker, when he does show, does not complete anything. No one at the company will return calls. It is a nightmare that has been ongoing for months and months. S***** service from s***** contractors who are unprofessional, rude, messy and don't complete anything.Business response

At BKC our goal is to deliver a wonderful space to live in, with a high-quality design, and low-stress installations. We failed on the day we delivered the products to this location. We apologize deeply for the inappropriate behavior of our staff that day. We took immediate action and the person responsible for the disruption was let go and we have changed our training procedures as a result.
I visited the installation location which is mostly complete. The room is beautiful. We identified and agreed on a list of open issues that remain and a plan to fix each one. We are working through that plan in order to complete the job to the owner's satisfaction. I believe that they are supportive of this course of action. If not, please reach out to me to discuss.
I can't wait to see this project when all the open issues are finished.
