    Initially, everything seemed to be going well. ****, the person assigned to my project, was excellent at communication and ensured that all necessary information was gathered promptly. However, during the final walk-through, I identified several significant issues that needed to be resolved: - A toilet that was not flushing - Large gaps between the baseboard and flooring - A refrigerator that couldn't open all the way due to miscalculated space available - A silverware drawer that hit the oven and would not open due to miscalculated spacing - A non-functional electrical box for the oven - Extremely dirty bathroom and kitchen floors with a sticky substance that required hours of scraping I communicated all of these issues to ****, but none of them were addressed. When I returned over a week later, all the problems remained unresolved. I was then informed that **** was no longer handling my project and that I needed to speak with ******. After communicating the same concerns to ******, he told me to contact *****. Unfortunately, ***** never responded to any of my concerns about the outstanding issues, although he was quick to respond when it came to payment inquiries. Despite spending nearly $50,000 on this restoration, I was left with numerous problems that I had to fix myself or hire additional contractors to resolve costing me many hours of labor and over $1000 in work. As I continued to work on finishing the unit, I discovered more issues, such as multiple non-working outlets. Additionally, a neighbor informed me that my unit door had been left unlocked and open overnight multiple times during the restoration process. Later, I had to pay $500 to a plumber because the toilet wasnt flushing, only to find out that a T-shirt had been flushed down it. Whether this was the contractors fault or due to someone accessing my unit while it was left open is unclear.

    Do not trust this company!- They did not disclose their outrageous fees at the beginning of the project even though we asked many times.- some of our valuable stuff got lost.- they did not complete the two inventory lists they were supposed to prepare for proper reimbursement by the insurance.- they charged us $53k just to empty our house after an attic fire from a firework on 4th of July. They exhausted our content coverage and they did not complete the work they signed up for. Even our insurance adjuster was disappointed about the inventory lists they did not prepare properly, we had to do most of the work ourselves after paying $53k to them.- they charged us about $1500 for storage per month in a contaminated storage area in contaminated boxes that were used several times for previous claims with labels under ours.- they did not return any of our content back until we paid them the full amount they were asking.- they caused more damage to our house because of lack of attention and supervision.- they damaged our furniture and charged us more money than what the content is worth.- our gold jewelry and some money got lost during their operation.- our basement got flooded three times due to the damaged sprinkler system that they charged us to restore, they left the moldy carpets in the basement until we told them to discard several times. - our house was infested by rats due to their crew leaving their lunches and drinks in the house.- our house was infested by hundreds of moths because they did not board the small window in our attic.- when we started asking questions they quit the rest of the work without even winterizing the house.Happy 4th of July, stay safe and do not trust this company!

    we have a signed agreement with this client from march of 2023 releasing us of all liability. She was extremely upset we did not want to work with her, we chose to walk away
