In Sept. of 2023 I have hired Kind Home Solutions to paint the exterior of my home. The amount of ******** is due on completion of the job. The amount includes paint and labor. In sept. 21, 2023 the painters started painting the house.There are numerous damages the painters have caused. The painting job is incomplete, extremely bad and paint is smeared on most everything on the house.The project manager promised me that my house will be touched up , the paint smears cleaned up and the damages fixed.The damages caused by the painters are: broken fence, broken twine bucket my 6 foot leather smeared with white paint the **** rocks have been painted, patio table knocked over, possibly broken.The following items have paint smeared on them: down spout, concrete, deck, composite, **** rocks, grout, trim paint on the body of the house, door **** and light fixtures, paint runs and dripping everywhere on the house.Two wooden crosses are missing from the house.The painters had no respect for my home or me.Business response

Thank you for reaching out and I apologize for the stress around your project and where things currently stand. From my understanding of what's happened up to this point, the painting was done on Thursday September 19th. Once the painting team left, your Project Manager cam by on Friday September 20th, to check in on the project as it wasn't complete and we had not yet scheduled a time to address touch *** or clean up. During that walk he did document lots of areas that need attention and the damages that you mentioned and then scheduled a time to return on the morning of Tuesday September 26th. It is my understanding that you will be meeting wtih ******* this morning and it is my sincere hope that he can help rebuild your confidence in our willingness to address all of your concerns.
I completely understand all of your concerns with the work and the damages and I do believe that we'll be address the vast majority of them during our touch up process today. I do want to remind you that as a company, we do not take deposits to try to help ease our client's concerns with things like returning for clean up. It's always a fear for our client's that a contractor doesn't take responsibility for their work but that is why we refuse to take a ***** until our client's are fully satisfied.
Lastly, I do want to reiterate that we have a satisfaction guarantee and we will absolutley honor it if we are unable to resolve your concerns. We are always fully committed to owning our mistakes, repairing any damages, and leaving every house beautiful at the end of each project. I hope that you can provide us the opportunity to work through your concerns with you and ask for patience as we resolve things. There are times it can take a couple visits to reach the best place but if you're willing to work with us we'll do whatever we need to reach a good place.
Thank you for the opportunity to work with you on the project and to address the concerns. We're looking foward to our meeting today.

On Sept. 26, 2023 some things were corrected, but not everything.
Several areas dont have a 100% coverage. Some smudges are still present. The grout has still paint on it. Window and door trim needs touch up. An additional damage has been found. My solar tree light is broken and moved.
Some areas I am not able to inspect, they are too high for me to get to. I will hire a handyman to inspect all areas painted.
Breaking and damaging so many things on my property and not bringing it to my attention is not a good business practice. I dont think your workers had any respect for my property or me.
I would appreciate if the corrections would be made promptly and the damages addressed.

This client has paid and sent in positive feedback to our team about the how it was finished. ************ process in painting can does take time and multiple punch lists. These have all been resolved to our knowledge and the client has paid in full.
Please let us know if there are other items we need to complete?

******************** second crew corrected most everything.The first crew did a horrific job painting my house They smudged up everything they possibly could and damaged quite a few things of mine.
No one should go through seeing their house in the condition my house was.
I will never use ****************** again and I will not recommend them to anyone.
