    I purchased a hot tub from this company back in November. The installer caused the top to be punctured and I was told that it would be covered under warranty. I have made numerous phone calls (probably around 50), emails and texts with no valid response. There is always an excuse and promises of a phone call to be returned and nothing so far.

    They came a out to fix a small leak in September and told us that our ozone was leaking and they had to order the part. At this point we paid $195 and this was supposed to cover the service for the consult and the install. They came out a second time and put in a much larger ozone than the original one. At this point they charged us $249 for the ozone. They attempted to charge us another service charge of $195 but I reminded them that we already paid for this charge. They said they forgot. We filled the tub and turned it on. I kept having to fill the hot tub bc it was still leaking from the new ozone. To top it off the electric cord got so hot from the new ozone having the wrong voltage that the cord melted!! It could have started a fire so I'm glad I caught it. I called and spoke with 1 of the owners, ******* and he was apologetic. He sent out his "Best Tech" to fix it. The tech came out 2 days later and said he had to order a new cord. He put in another smaller ozone than the one that failed. He blained me for the cord melting bc I was using the wrong extension cord! We used the same cord for years no problem. A week later they called me saying they just ordered the part and it would take 3-5 days to get. This took two weeks to get and I was calling almost everyday. No one knew what was happening and I got multiple stories. Finally I spoke to another owner *****. He told me they had the cord and would come out and replace it. I was only to be charged for the cord , $40. So I agreed to put all this in the past and just move forward. The cord was replaced a week later. The technician charged me another $250 and told me to take it up with the owner for the service charge. I filled my hot tub and turned it on. Water was still leaking from the ozone. I told ***** and he said the it was the gaskets bc the were cold and as soon as the tub was warm it would stop leaking. Nope! He said he would follow up with me the next day and never did!

    First we are sorry ****** didn't like her experience. 

    she called us telling us she had a leak. We charge 195 as a service fee. This includes nothing for future visits. We carry most plumbing with us so typically can do leak repairs if not hard or special equipment same day. ****** has a more rare online box store type of hot tub. We had to order parts and return, sadly a check valve was defective out of box. So we had to return with a new unit. When we came back we installed new unit and also found she had plugged her tub into a cheap extension cord and it was burnt. So we ordered her a new cord, sadly it did not come in as quickly as we anticipated. While she was waiting we had people on vacation and the staff at store did not have proper info on the order so couldn't track it. When I returned from vacation I was able to track part and schedule install. After install ****** told me ******* had told her service would be free. ******* laughed and asked why we would do that for free, we had replaced the ozone and check valve for free, but that had nothing to do with it. I made a mistake not calling ****** back, frankly she didn't want to pay for service but wanted to keep receiving it. I should have called her and told her I wouldn't charge her for service but we could no longer work on her tub. I'm sorry for not doing that.  I have referred ****** another hot tub service company and I hope they can help her better than we could.
