              Internet was installed and internet services were not working properly as described Technicians were sent out (2) of them and they told us they didnt know why or what else do. The first installer/technician even called his supervisor to see if he had any suggestions The Mbps would drop substantially just walking away 2 feet from the point of installation Now they want to be paid for a monthly amount of one ****** for services that were never working appropriately. We called to cancel service right away days after due to the service not working. Their customer service has been awful and they have not been willing to work with us as far as the billing goes. I dont feel that it is right for them to be paid for services or never provided

              Wish I could give a negative stars this company will not fix my wifi it's been out since June 21 and I have called over a dozen times and still not fixed . I shout my credit card off and they still stole payment of ****** dollars and will not give it back DONT USE THIS COMPANY they are not a very good company
