      We got Rise because of all the promises they made. We canceled our semi-reliable service because they guaranteed fast and reliable service. Boy was that a lie. I work from home, so reliable internet is a must, but I cannot count on Rise. Internet will go out at least once a week, and when back on the speeds are so slow you cannot do anything. We live in an area with little options, but changing here was a mistake. From the initial setup to current service we haven't had a pleasant experience.

      Ive have rise fiber for about 5 to 6 months now they just installed fiber in my neighborhood but internet has been down like 3 times a week just this week in ************* it has been down around 6 times this week all ready I try to call customer service and Im on hold for like 45 min still no answer so I just hang up Im trying hard not to switch from yall cause when its running its very good but its service is down way to much for it to be new my name is ************************* i live it *********************************

      Rise has been terrible to work with. I've had their phone service for my business for five years. It goes down once a month at least. When it goes down they are impossible to work with to get it fixed. My business looses about $1k in potential revenue each time. They offer me a $10 credit I think to mock me. They also make comments on reviews to reach out to them but this might be a joke as they don't reapond.

      I give them a big fat 0. Every month there seems to be a problem. I paid my bill and they shut it off,and it hasnt been 30 days yet. If I could find another company to go through,believe me I would. And to top it off is that they turn it off in the middle of the night knowing you cant call because no ones there. I would never, ever recommend this company (if you want to call it that) to anyone I know. I would be ashamed of myself.

      Rise Broadband is a complete ripoff! I am paying over $100 a month for speeds that never get faster than 15 mbps?!? This is the most ridiculous internet service and bill I have ever seen. And the worst part, they are offering it in rural areas and over charging good people who NEED internet but dont have a lot of options. Thats the ONLY reason why Rise is still around; because they can make money hand over fist off of desperate folks in rural communities. This company and their service truly sickens me. Look for your internet somewhere else; DONT trust this company not for internet or for fair service. ??????????

      This review is from ********** ********. For starters the price for 250mbps is pretty bad compared to what I get now with tds (600-900mbps) I cant help but feel a little scammed. Also, I never even reached half of the advertised speeds, some days Id barely get 10mbps and 60 on a good day (even with Ethernet!). The only good thing was the customer supports but thats about it. I dont recommend this company if you live in the ********** area.
