My engagement ring broke after 36 years and we brought it to the Shane Co. to get fixed. First, while they were inspecting my ring, we were encouraged to browse the store. That should have been my first clue. The sales person came out and proceeds to tell me that my ring cannot be fixed. I was heartbroken. Of course, they recommended we look at other settings. We ended up leaving the Shane company and I cried all the way home. Got a referral from a friend for a jeweler nearby and brought it to them. My ring was fixed and looks as good as the day it was given to me. I do not trust Shane Company and will never return as a customer. I had them tip my prongs on my ring back in 2014 or so I thought. The jeweler that fixed my ring said that the prongs were never tipped. Another strike. I'm done with the scammer. Be aware consumers.

I have had excellent experiances with Shane Co. Everything they promised has been delivered so far!

I will never shop at the company again. They ruined my ring and had to order me a new one. And when that one came in and was "fixed" no one even called me. They made a bunch of promises that were not kept. Their employees and repair staff are the rudest i have ever dealt with. the managers kept saying she understood what I wanted and she was the reason my ring was destroyed and I had to get a new one. another manager and a sales person made promises that fell thru. And when I called and talked to that sales person she put me on hold and had another employee get on the line and tell me she went to lunch. IN THE MIDDLE of the phone call.! DO NOT shop at the Arapahoe store.

I ordered a diamond and blue emerald **** for my late wife's shrine for our 30th anniversary and spent $2600 and got a piece of junk which the emeralds look black. Very disappointed and will never buy anything from this rip off company again!

Terrible customer service! Manager refused to stand behind lack of quality of product.

I purchased a diamond ring from Shane last summer. After making the last payment I went to pick it up. Before leaving I asked them to verify the serial number on the diamond and discovered it was not the one I had purchased. After further investigation I found out Shane had sold my diamond to another customer and the one they delivered to me was of substantially lower quality and lower value. When I asked if it was standard policy that they check serial numbers before setting and delivery, they said no. All other jewelers I have since visited said it was standard policy. I demanded my money back and found a ring at another jeweler. The moral of this story is find a jeweler you trust. If you bought from Shane before reading this, make sure the serial numbers on your diamonds match what you purchased. Note: for this review, there is no selection for zero stars. Since then Shaneco posted a response saying management would contact me to help resolve the issue and we have heard nothing.

WAS TOLD 2 DAY FROM ORDER DELIVERY, NEVER HAPPENED. MADE EXCUSE AND BLAMED ON SHIPPER. TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY ON MAKING IT RIGHT.DO NOT BUY FROM **** COMPANY

I cant speak for the other locations but the ********** ******* location is absolute garbage.. Unprofessional bottom feeding crooks. They will do anything to secure their money, even when its not their money. If you dont want your special occasion to get ruined do not go to these people for anything because they will rip you off. Trust me

Purchased opals. Asked them to make them s**** backs. After having them 3wks they said they would have to use a different pair then the ones I picked out. Hesitantly I said ok. 72 days later I get a call they are in and I will owe $140 more. I asked what that was for? Because this time they were made in white gold instead of the sterling sliver I had already paid for. I told them I didnt not want them I would be there in 20 min to return the loaners they let me borrow. Within that 20 min they had already sent them back to the main office and the manager says well I was going let that $140 go but since you want to return them. Never once did she or any of the other associates said thats what was going to happen. First **** I spoke with said they cant do that. I will not be doing business with them again. Not very good customer service. Office manager also stated the return polices was 60 days when I laughed she said hey Im trying to be nice and do you a favor, she didnt need to give us our $$ back. So for their mistake I almost did t get my $$ back and she did me a favor. Thank you so much. Buyer beware.

When I bought her engagement ring 2 months ago, GREAT SERVICE. Their price is always more.For the money I paid you think when they do sizing or work they could give you a fricking call when the ring is ready. They said it would be done on Saturday 11/20. No call.You call them and you end ** in a recording loop. 11/22 Finally got thru and the gal said it's ready. I asked "well why haven't you called me/" " WE DON'T DO THAT." THE OPPOSITE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
