      Holy wow this place is run so poorly. We just spent $55,000 on a new car here, and since then have yet to receive ANY RESPONSE to 8 voicemails left for the ********** with the receptionists, managers, and sales reps. I have literally tried every extension, provided my information no less than 4 times with reception over 2 weeks AND YET ZERO CALL BACKS. This business only wants to sell you the car, after that they could literally care less. Will never do business with them again and you should avoid if you have any self-respect. I might even have to drive down and show up in person to speak to the Manager and make a scene if thats what it takes since 8 voicemails have yet to achieve literally any response. Do better for your customers ********************** this is seriously insane.

      I traded in my Subaru Ascent in January **** at Groove Subaru. Chase Finance reported to me that no information has been provided to them about the lease trade in and they are still holding me financially responsible for my old car. I've connected with the Lease Manager 3 times and he still has not remedied the situation. I find this whole thing extremely unethical and my credit is now under review.

      I originally took my Outback to this dealership in March of 2023. Had gotten a new battery and vehicle needed to be recalibrated. When I went to pick it up, everything worked except the locks. Dealership kept it one more day and told me I needed an internal $800 fuse box but that it wasn't in stock. I had to leave the next day, so the next time I was back in the area (there are no dealerships near where I live in rural **********) I took it back. This time they kept it a week, put in a BIU and said they had checked all fuses. Said the vehicle had "jumped backwards" and internally shorted the **** But still no fix. Said it was a "difficult electrical problem" and they would need more time. Again I had to leave town. Took it to *************** Subaru ** ******* when I got there and they had it fixed in less than 24 hours. Problem was a MISSING fuse in the engine compartment fuse box. Won't be doing business with Groove anymore!

      I would give zero stars if I could. Took my car for a warranty repair over a year ago. Fixed the issue, but also claimed I needed more work done but were unable to actually investigate my car and diagnose the real problem. The worst is that They keep sending me promotional mail twice a month. I have spent countless times reaching out to Groove asking them to remove me from the mailing list. Here we are still receiving mail OVER A YEAR LATER. Every time I call they say they will fix it and remove me from the list I am still receiving promotional mail from Groove Subaru. I would save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. These people seem very incapable.
