I would not recommend this company to no one. They can't seem to get me a machine that works properly that I pd $3,000 for. They also told me that the second machine was a 30 day warranty to for refund now they are saying no it doesn't it's for the first machine. All I want is a full refund and they can have this worthless piece of plastic back.I give no stars to this company

When **** ******* sold me the unit I was not told about any warranties of no kind. $3000.00 is a lot of money to purchase something that does not work right or work to fit the benefits you need it to do. I will not recommend this company to no one.Review from Charles K

I had to wait for a while until I was able to be portable with my oxygen. Thanks Forest for getting me my unit. I knew I didnt want it whatever that one was so I chose a different one Avia. Now I use the unit all the time. I am able to attach it to my chair, my push wheelchair or pop it On my Rollator. Its a little heavy and I have a spare battery. I dont see what the benefit is of that because its very difficult to even get the bag on the unit and so while youre traveling, how do you change the battery if you need to? I mean, physically I know how to change it, but who can take the time, especially with our arthritic hands to get the unit Out of the bag its in. The bag shouldve been made with some sort of zipper on the side that you could just put in the new battery quickly. There are times that I can sit or I forget that I didnt put the nasal prongs on, and I dont feel bad . Until I get up and start moving then I feel difference. I would recommend this company and I would recommend my unit that I bought travel **. If I come home and the unit says I have no oxygen, I can plug it in and immediately charge it and at the same time the oxygen is supplied to me nasally. Id like that. So far no other concerns its been great thanks again Forest.Review from Holly S

BUYER BEWARE!! Deserve 0 stars. My husband wanted a small portable oxygen machine that he could travel with. The first machine that was sent to him was very large and wasnt what he wanted so he returned it immediately. They sent a replacement one that was very noisy and still too large. He also returned that one immediately. The next one that was sent was still too large. They didnt seem to understand what he wanted. None of these machines were ever used. At this point he wants a full refund and was told that the original 30 day return policy had expired. He was never told that their return policy started with the 1st purchase, not with each machine sent. They refuse to refund our money. Very poor communication. Would never recommend this company due to their horrible customer service.Review from James W

**** helped put me in touch with a doctor so I could get approval for my Arya portable. I will use it as needed when I visit my lake/mountain home at 5000 feet altitude. Not needed at sea. level.1st Class Medical LLC Response

****** was very professional in our transaction. She answered all my questions with knowledge. I only use my oxygen concentrator at night. 2nd night of using it thus far. I have to say I have had 2 full nights of sleep (8 Hours )which I haven't had in years!1st Class Medical LLC Response
