After receiving several call from Lemlist, I signed an agreement to receive buyer lead and in return pay 25% of any commission received from the buyer leads that ends in a real estate transaction. I was to receive 3-4 lead per month. 1st lead received was valid. After multiple attempts, info Lemlist to remove that one of my lead, it took a couple weeks to get another lead, this lead buyer's number was not operational. At this point I decide this was working and requested the 60 day money back guarantee. The person I spoke with state he would get back to me with the form. Never follow back up with me instead sent another lead. I attempt to work it and once again not a valid lead. I immediately provide feedback, inform them again in writing I want the service terminate. Finally I got a link to request cancellation; only to be info a few day later that because they had provide me with leads my refund was being denied. On 1/1/2024 my Team Lead ********************* of **** Loves Naples entered into a contract that Lemlist Referral would supply us with warm leads for consumers looking to purchase or sell real estate.The company has given me 3 separate addresses, the headquarters is the address I used, but they also use ***********************************************************The contract promises up to 6 leads per month. On February 14, 2024, I initiated an email with lemlist plus phone calls to get a full refund, as we did not receive a single lead. I filled out their required cancellation form on 2/15/2024, since then it has been dodged phone calls and emails and no refund to our credit card.They did not live up to their promises and we want a full refund immediately.Customer response

On January 30th, I signed up with Lemlist Referral Network, *************) under Account Manager ********* (Best ******************* License No. ************ ************** to receive 4-6 referrals per month for a referral commission fee to Lemlist, LLC signed by ***************************, for verified leads that would be LIVE TRANSFER, I would have a dedicated account manager (attachment: Referral Program), and 60 day money back guarantee.I NEVER received any phone calls from a dedicated manager up until several days after I submitted my cancellation letter, I NEVER received live transfers throughout the entire contractual partnership. I even reached out to **** on Feb 9th stating that I have never received a phone call from a "dedicated manager" (see attachment: Text Messages with ****).Lemlist states that they will send average of 4-6 referrals per month and I received 3 referrals via text in two months which does NOT meet our agreement. This is below their advertised, contractual promise and what was told to me by their sales center (see attach: ********************* When I requested cancellation, I received two phone calls from Lemlist employees offering incentives not to cancel my membership to receive my refund. They both apologized and acknowledged that I received NO LIVE TRANSFERS. Then I got this email from "legal team" stating; "The dates are Mar 7th, Mar 12th, Mar 15th (2 attempts), Mar 20th, Mar 21st, and Apr 2nd. Apart from that, you have been provided with 3 appointment leads on Feb 20th, Feb 21st, and Mar 21st" and would not refund my money. As you can see (attachment: Us Cellular Call Logs), I NEVER received phone calls from ************ nor any missed voicemails on my phone (see attach: Phone Number Lemlist). Lemlist made up this information in order to keep my money and not honor their advertisements or promises from employees. What are the next steps to get my money back $1750 (attach: copy of Funds)? I sent another cancellation form per the directions in their email. I copied the BBB complaint and sent it to them. Hopefully they will respond with a refund so we can close this process. Thanks
