I bought a brand new vacuum cleaner with a ten year warranty. It has broken down twice. They fixed it once. It broke again. it doesn**;t want to fix it. I bought it at ******************* cleaner for ******. Sebo is the manufacturer of the vacuum cleaner.Business response

This customer was offered a full refund on May 1, 2024. However, it was impossible to do a refund because he was offensive and rude, and he refused to cooperate when asked to provide the basic information required to make a refund happen. It was obvious that he had no interest in a refund. His focus was to yell and scream about how he wanted to *************** or create a class-action lawsuit. He went on to disparage SEBO employees and its products. He was asked multiple times if he wanted to receive a refund, but he refused to answer. Instead, he continued to hurl insults. When a customer is verbally abusive, SEBO would be irresponsible to allow its employees to be exposed to such language.
Given this customer's lack of cooperation, a refund is not possible. However, if he will have someone else, who can communicate appropriately, contact **** on his behalf, we will once again attempt to refund his money.

This is ***** ,with case number ********. How laughable is their response? I've called this company so many times I cannot count and every single time I call them all they do is hang up on me. If anybody has been rude, ignorant and totally disrespectful. Is this company SEBO ***. I have videos recordings of every single time. They have hung up the phone on me. Every single time I call this company they hang up the phone on me. I have witnesses. My brother is here with me right now and he has witnessed it several times. In one day that I called. This company lies more than the Democratic party does about everything. I have tried to work with them. They are the one refusing to work with me. They are the one hanging up on me. Every single time I never once hung up on them. They are the one telling their local stores not to do business with me. And I have that on video too. They want to go to court cuz that's where they'll go next. And I have the videos that I can show the judge every single one of them. Just like last week I called them several times in one day. Left a message with ****. I talked to three of their representatives that hung up the phone on me. and I have that on video. So if anybody has been rude, ignorant and totally disrespectful and not willing to work with anybody is them. Ever since this issue ever happened, they have not taken no accountability for their issues and their defective product . All they have done is blamed me every single time me every single time I will gladly take them to court and show the judge every single video. I have of them hanging up on me and the video that the dealer told me that they will never fix my product ever pay for anything but they're supposed to have a warranty for 10 years. I have not even owned this vacuum cleaner for a year. It was broken in 7 months collecting dust in my house for months now It is funny. I have talked to other people. They have done the exact same thing too. Why don't you call them up with me on a three-way phone call and watch them. Hang up on me and you like they do every single time I call there That will tell you everything about this company because I actually have done that too. So whatever they're telling you is a complete lie cuz that's all they are is liars. They lied about their 10-year warranty. They lied about their product. They brag so much about their product is so amazing. It never breaks. That is laughable. I barely even use this vacuum cleaner and it's broken. I didn't know it even fill the bag an inch and and a half. Since I purchased this vacuum cleaner, I live in a 300 square foot apartment and I also have another vacuum cleaner. I barely even use this vacuum cleaner and it won't even turn on. The problem is these cry babies cannot accept the fact that their product is complete garbage and they will not stand behind it because somebody told the truth about their product.. They are like a bunch of little immature babies cry babies because somebody told the truth about their product. Well now guess what A lot more people know about their product. They seriously need to grow up and take responsibility for their actions and for their products. I have no problem trying to send my vacuum back or give it to the local store which I would rather do just hand it to him at the local store then it's at that store and they can have him send it back and give me my money that they owe me but they are the one refusing to do any of that. Only thing they have done is hung up on me so many times I cannot count. Next time call me up at ************* and when we are talking to a three-way call to SEBO And you can witness them hanging up on me and you.Business response

You asked what "basic information" does SEBO America need to move forward with issuing a refund to the complainant. We need the following information related to the vacuum cleaner to be provided to SEBO America ON OR BEFORE FRIDAY, JUNE 14, 2024:
Model name and color.
Serial number (located on the underneath side of the power head).
Date of purchase.
Store or website from which the vacuum was purchased.
Price paid (copy of receipt appreciated but not required).
Description of the vacuum cleaner's problem or defect.
Complainant's email address (we will send a *** Return Label to this email address).
Send vacuum cleaner to the following address: SEBO America, *********************************************************** 80112
Write "RMA# ******" on the exterior of the box or on the *** label.
Provide the mailing address to which we should send the refund check.
Complainant must provide the information listed above and send the vacuum unit to SEBO America. After we receive it, we will send him a refund check for the amount he paid for it.
SEBO will accept the product return and issue a refund check, provided SEBO receives the vacuum cleaner on or before Friday, June 14th. After this date, ****'s offer to issue a refund will expire.
