      Subject: Recurring Issues with Order Cancellations Dear ***/*****,I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding the recent experiences I have had with my orders placed with your company.I recently placed two consecutive orders, and unfortunately, both were canceled without any valid explanation from your end. This situation is not only extremely perplexing but has also caused significant inconvenience for me.As a loyal customer, I expected reliable and efficient service.       i bought a Water Pipe, Made by MJ Arsenal, From a Smoke Shop Called Indy Smoke Time in *********, *******. I take it home and try to use it only to find it has a manufacturers defect. I call Indy Smoke Time and Let them know about it and they tell me that since it is a manufacturers defect it needs to be fixed by the manufacturer. I agree, it should be fixed or replaced by MJ Arsenal. its not functioning as intended and its made of GLASS, in order for me to have done this without completely shattering it i would have to be an accomplished Glass Blower, which i am not, so it had to have happened at the time of construction at the fault of MJ Arsenal. They tell me they cannot replace the pipe due to it being used. How could i have found this defect if i hadnt used it? that is a TERRIBLE business practice and i honestly do not think it is a real policy. i think this representative was making things up in order to resolve this issue as easy and as inexpensive as possible. I do NOT feel safe buying from them at this point in time, If there is no chance for a warranty on something that has a factory defect. Also, if they dont want to warranty what i bought, i would like a COMPLETE refund not some BS discount code, i want the full amount so i can go buy myself something that functions as intended.

      Placed order online and they shipped part of order. Every attempt I made to contact was given run around. Saying call here email there . They took my money and kept the product basically . Was order # ******. Missing item is called a banger. It cost $24 and my total order was $150. Plus they DID NOT include a packing slip. I paid extra for shipping too to use fed ex

      I paid almost 40 dollars for overnight shipping. My order was placed on the 24th and shipped on the 26th but will not arrive until the 30th. That is far from next day service.

      The products I purchased are supposed to be compatible with each other, the item I received is visually different and this explains the lack of functionality. I have contacted them numerous times to rectify this situation and they do not respond. All I was asking initially was a replacement that functioned but I prefer a full refund after seeing how this business handles customer care but I think they have fine print that prevents me from getting a full refund. So, I would like a functioning product as this was the agreement upon said purchase.

      MJ Arsenal doesn't want to honor a return/replacement after I received a cracked piece that gradually got worse. They are false advertising. I notified them of the issue within the first week and they didn't offer to replace it.

      I placed an order on 11/14/2022 and paid for 3 day shipping. I got an email on 11/15/2022 that the order had shipped and was given a tracking number. I checked the tracking number for 3 days and it said a label was created but nothing shipped. I sent a support ticked to the company on 11/18/22, no response. I called today 11/21/22, was told **** doesn't track packages during the holiday but the company shipped it and I need to call **** employee refused to look the order up in their system, I called the post office they said no package has ever been given to them to ship, so I called the company again my car was screened and not answered. I would simply like a refund for my purchase that was never shipped and the company was not willing to cooperate.

      This company is making claims on its website and then when those turn out not to be true, they make it my problem. They sell a part on their website. Let's simplify this. The company basically says, "buy this widget, it for sure fits part X." Then, when you get the part, you find out that there are actually two parts Xs. One "Part X" is from 3 years ago and is a much different size. The company says this is okay, because somewhere on their website, buried in another listing, they explain this. Sorry, this is basically just fraud.

      Ordered 2 Bangers got 1 banger and a carb cap! They are demanding pics I don't have a smartphone or any way to take pics! This is a form of discrimination I just want what I ordered!!!!!
