      I ordered the Keto gummy bears for weight loss. They were supposed to be $79. They have charged me $199 a month. I can’t get ahold of them to cancel due to fraudulent payment amount. I have cancelled the debit card to my account twice because somehow they got my new card number and charged me for 2 months at $199 each. I just got done closing the prepaid debit card that my Social Security payment went to every month. I transferred it to a regular bank. Hopefully the scammers can’t get my new bank account.

      I have been trying by all means available to me to cancel a keto blast subscription. They are now billing under suprslm Ssndusky, OH I am cancelling the card they were using but I am afraid they will keep on sending them snd maybe try to collect. I am at a loss ; I sent emails, called, even payed for a service that will cancel for you with no success.

      I thought I was buying 1 bottle of keto gummies. They sent me 5 bottles and charged me ******. I can not find a way to contact this Company. This was in April. Another shippmebt was sent to me in May. Another 200. I did not want 5 bottles but 1 now they are sendingvthese 5 bottlea monthly and I do not want these. I don't know how to contact them to stop this. I have also had to pay bank fees because I was not aware 200 cones out of my account at random dates. I just want contact info for them.

      9/10/2022 i purchased product from biolyfe. their offer was ***** a bottle plus 2 free bottles and free shipping. i was charged ******. when i reached out to the company through email they said i misunderstood the offer. if you look at the ad there is no misunderstanding they took money out of my account that was not authorized by me. they offered me a discount of ***** (which is the amount they stole out of my account). then in oct they charged my account again for ****** for product i did not order. when i called the company they said i signed a contract and they would not refund my money but would cancel the order. so i would be paying whether or not i got this product that i did not order. what kind of sense does this make. they said i could receive the ad says 100% money back satisfaction. there is nothing on the ad that says recurring charges or contracts and the amount you agree to is not the amount they steal from you. the money back guarentee is a farce they offer nothing.

      I was told one price, and charger another. And sent stuff didn't even order. then sent everything back. They did told me they did not receive it. I went to post office where they gave me proof of delivery, called them back and they said ok told me they where refunding money.never received it. Called my credit card company nothing was ever refund. I have been dealing with this since Aug. I just want my money back. By the way they wont refund my whole amount because of restocking fees on product i returned and didnt even order!! This company is biggest SCAM ever!!!!!!

      Bought total of 5 bottles of keto blast products was charged for 7 ,price ****** on August 8,2022.Recieved products found 1 bottle opened ,called company dissattified would be returning products ,Was told 2 to 3 weeks after they recieve them would get refund.That was 8/18/22 . This October 13 called to find out why money hadn't been returned.***** stated extra charges of restocking fees;nowhere was that ever mentioned and what they are going to put not just 1 bottle but 2 back on their shelves to sell to some other person.She asked if the ****** was exceptable return told her no that was only a partial payment of damaged goods .Only 1 bottle was opened when it went to post office.I called their practice of business thievery and in my eyes it raises severe Health concerns to the public's...Want the other $70.00 dollars returned.There ******************************************************************************* opened products..Beware..Scary.

      I received an email from Keto Blast telling me that my order had been shipped. I had never heard of this company before, and I do not use dietary products. I had never even been on their website. I looked through my credit card charges and found one that I did not authorize for $198.78. I called the customer service number provided on the email and spoke to "*****". I told her that I had not authorized this transaction and had no idea how they had received my credit card and personal information and that I wanted a refund. She told me that she was willing to give me a partial refund and that I could keep the product when it arrived. When I told her no, that I wanted a full refund, she gave me a second offer of a larger partial refund. Again, I said no - that I had not placed this order and that they were being shady and charging people for things they did not order. She informed me that they have no way to know my information and that I had to have placed the order - even inadvertently. I believe they are doing some sort of scam and ID theft. After reading the reviews online and here on this website, I see that many people had the same conversation with Keto Blast. She ended the call by telling me that I was no longer enrolled in their automatic shipment (which again, I never signed up for), and that I could request a refund after I ship back their product (at my own cost) and after I contact them for return information. I have contacted my credit card company and let them know what this shady business is doing as well.

      I saw an ad that popped up on Instagram. It said that the product was the only one ever on Shark Tank where all of the investors wanted to invest...lie. Unfortunately, I ordered Keto Blast and did not realize I ordered the cleanse. There was also no way to see what my total was once I ordered it. Once I realized what I did, I saw all of the misrepresentation online. I called and the only thing they would do is cut the order cost in half. I did not want it at all. I asked why I could not cancel as I just ordered it within two hours. Most companies do this, why not this one? I demand that I get my $ back because of misrepresentation. I also sent them an email, but no response. When the product comes, I am not accepting it. Why has this business not been shut down?The next step is small claims court.

      This company is using false advertising and deceitful billing practices. They claim "Try if for Free" but when you go to the site you have to spend $69.94 to get a free bottle (buy 1 get 1). That is not free. Then try to sell additional products (i.e. Keto Cleanse) which I declined. However when my order arrived I had two bottles of Keto-Cleanse included. I immediately emailed saying I wanted to return the unopened package and confirm I wasn't billed for them. Six days later I was told in email "The decline button is right under the place my order button. Your order has shipped and we are unable to remove the CLEANSE." They offered a "one time courtesy refund of $20. I called their Customer Support (which was an obvious call center) who stated I was charged $179.48 - all from a Try It For FREE add! I was offered the $20. I complained so they increased it to $40. I said this was fraudulent billing - they increased the credit to $50. I said I had screenshots of my order - they increased the discount to $89.74 - still more than the $69. 94. I wanted a full refund but they said this was the best they could do and I could keep the product (which so far has had no effect). I felt I had to accept this to get some money back. This is false advertising and deceitful billing. Something needs to be done so others don't fall into this scam. And I feel a full refund is required.
