  This dry cleaner lost my clothes and are refusing to provide me with any updates on where my clothes are. I dropped off my clothes two weeks ago in the laundry bag and when I went to pick up my dry cleaning, the bag was returned to me and the lady at the counter said that she was not aware of where my clothes were so she asked me to check back in later. I then received a call from the dry cleaners asking me for when I dropped of my clothes which I provided the answer to. They said they'd call me back but never did. When I tried calling again, I was told that they have no record of me dropping off my clothes (but they had my laundry bag). And when I ask to speak to the owner, I am kept on hold and then told that the owner will call me when she is done with her meetings but I never get a call back from them. I've been a customer of Vista Ridge cleaners for many years and for them to treat customers like this is upsetting. At least be honest and do right by your customers.

  Sorry for the late reply, but yes i already taken care of this customer.  He has received all his items back. There was a miscommunication on our part for not contacting him back but during the time we were still investigating where his stuff was and we were able to find out what happened and had given him a call to pickup his clothing. We apologize for the miscommunication for not contacting him and making him worry. The time frame was about a week from when he came in to when the issue was resolved. If it was loss due to our neglect we will always try our best to make our customers happy,  we stand by our work and we will never leave our customers unsatisfied sometimes its the time getting back to them can be process.   I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They were able to locate my missing clothes but communication from the store was very poor.
