On June 16, 2023 I ordered "Merlin's Elixir ground coffee" online from this store in Estes Park. My purchase came to just under $30. It has been a month and I still haven't received my order. The Highland Bard debited my VISA account $27.38 on June 16, including $10 shipping fees. I have never received shipping information with tracking info from them. I have only received a receipt (email) that states my purchase information and order #10156. When I hadn't received the coffee after a couple of weeks (Colorado Springs is roughly 2 hours from Estes Park), I contacted them for status of the order. I have tried to contact them numerous times via their listed email(s), and I have left voicemail on their business phone number. I have been civil and patient, waiting for a reply. I suggested that if they have mailed it, could they give me tracking information so that I could take the issue up with USPS. I have NEVER heard anything from this business. So... what do I do? They have my money. I know it's a small amount of money and I should just shut up and go away, but this just doesn't seem fair or right. Can a business sell merchandise and take the customer's money, and then just ignore the customer like this? If they don't have the product, or they faithfully sent the product and don't know what has become of it, wouldn't they communicate that with me? They have flat out ignored me. They haven't answered my emails or my phone calls. I would warn other customers to be careful ordering online from them. Even though they list help/contact information on their receipt, they do not respond. I feel like I've been taken advantage of.
