      My wife and I had our wedding in Estes Park on June 21st. We employed Glow for hair & makeup, signed a contract, and paid a $300 retainer fee in February. We were told that each person who received hair and/or makeup would be charged individually. On the day of, they sent people to the site to do hair and makeup, as we agreed upon, but no one who received their services was told how to pay, so my debit card ended up getting charged for everything. First they charged me $1,234.00, and then they charged me an extra $174.00, totaling $1,408.00. After that, my wife & I planned to wait until we received an invoice or receipt from Glow so we could properly split the payments up among those who had services done, but we still have yet to receive it. I did some math using what they claimed each service would cost, plus included gratuity, & eventually got a number that equalled $1,408.00 (rounded to the nearest dollar). However, that does not take into account the $300 retainer fee that was supposed to apply, & our wedding planner had already paid for her services, so they have definitely overcharged us. I called Glow & asked for an invoice/receipt, but I was told they had switched owners, so they didn't have my information, but the previous owner, Lorie Cooper, did. I called her and she said she had our information & that the $300 retainer had been applied, but she didn't get specific enough to tell me why. All she mentioned was an off-site fee that didn't total to $300. She agreed to send me a receipt via email so we can go over any potential overcharging, but I haven't received it. I tried emailing & calling her again, but have received no responses. It's been over a week since I contacted Lorie & almost a month since the wedding. This is unacceptable. Glow and Lorie have been very frustrating, unprofessional, & untrustworthy with my money. If they won't send me a receipt, I can only assume they're withholding my money from me, and I want that money back.

      I booked in April 8, 2022 online for my wedding October 13, 2022. Took my deposit of $200, I sent emails then looking to set up hair and make up trials for September (before it got to busy and booked). I called and left messages multiple times with staff as well as email and did not hear back. End of August I called and left 4 messages with staff to schedule trials and ensure they had my wedding in the books. I received a call back from Lorie who said they were booked up for trials but to email her dates that worked, I offered 5 dates and never received an email back. 1.5 weeks later I emailed again as well as called and left a message and never heard back. I decided to go with another team due to zero communication and only being a month until my wedding. I sent an email as well as called and left a voicemail stating I was canceling the services due to no communication and lack of scheduling anything with my formally and I would like my deposit back since they did not make any plans or even speak with me. I never received even a call back just an email saying it was cancelled. I never received my deposit back. The day of my wedding one of their stylist still showed up even though I received a email saying cancelled. So they took my $200 deposit and never called or emailed back besides 1 two minute phone call in 5 months of trying to get a response.
