Date of Transaction June 21st 2023 $90.00 ************* They only picked up my trash 1 or 2 times in June and my service was supposed to be 4 times a month. They also lied about the reason why they did not pick up my trash.I have lived here for over 24 years and have never had a trash company with so many excuses for not taking my trash.I expressed my desire for a refund an was denied.Business response

He is correct he is scheduled for weekly pickup, however, one week we could not get to his dumpster because of the terrential rain we have had and there was water deep enough in front of his dumpster that if we attempted to dump the dumpster the truck would get stuck. We explained this to the customer to no avail. Trash trucks are not like any other vehicle and will get stuck very easy in such conditions. It's $1000 to tow a truck out of being stuck. The next week we attempted to dump the customer's trash and there was a vehicle blocking our way so we were not able to get to the dumpster. I would gladly offer a refund if anything was our fault, but none of this was and we ended up taking 5 weeks worth of trash. If it something that we failed to do or was our mistake, we would issue a refund, but in these types of circumstances we do not. Again, we did end up taking his full month worth of trash.

I am rejecting this response because: They are not being truthful. I was told they came at 12:05 I have a security camera and the trash pathway was fully clear. I pay for a 2yard trash bin to be picked up every week. Another lie is that they picked up 5 weeks of trash. They picked up a full 2 yard trash bin which is one week. I have all my trash that I couldnt put in the bin stack in my house because they failed to pick it up like I pay them too. They never communicated with me that they couldnt or that they were not going to pick up my trash until I emailed them. I have all the communication that I had with ****. First she told me they couldnt pick it up because of a puddle and when I told her there was not a puddle she then said oh my bad I mean it was blocked. I then asked when did you come by to pick up trash she said 12:05. What she didnt know is I have security cameras which shows there was a clear path to my trash bin. Five weeks of trash would have been 10 yards of trash. My bin only handles one week of trash. Im not the only person that has these issues look at their reviews.

The simple truth is we still took his entire month's worth of trash - there was a puddle in front of the dumpster please see attached and the truck was blocking please see attached. We will not issue a refund as again, we took ALLL of his month's worth of trash.
Yes out of **** customers we have 33 bad reviews - we like those odds.
We strive to do the very best we can, we admit when we do something wrong, and will adjust that wrong the best we can. In this case there is no pleasing this customer.

I am rejecting this response because:
**** is not being truthful! Again I pay for a 2yard dumpster to be picked up every week. I still dont understand why she keeps saying she picked up a months worth of when my trash dumpster was not over filled because the trash I couldnt throw away was in my garage. They also picked up the trash 2 weeks prior. How can she keep saying she picked up a months worth of trash! This company is Lying!!!

We cancelled our trash service on 8/31/2021; we were billed 85.98$ and we did not receive the credit back from this company for the period of trash billing from 9/1/21 to 11/30/21. The timeframe AFTER they picked up our toter. We filed a prior complaint about this company that refused to pick up our trash in the toter they provided to us. This company generates its ******** on the 15th of the month. We had a payment transaction on 8/31/2021 in the amount of $205.89 ***** reference 0003-024545).This company neglected to generate a last statement to me with the credit back from the service they did not provide (9/1/21 to 11/30/21) showing the final activity (payment & credit back); Account #****** For income tax purposes we do need the last billing statement generated as it is a utility receipt. We also are in the process of selling our home and we need this document to close our transaction. It seems it was held back and the credit of $85.98 was not processed back appropriately.Business response

Please see attached statement. Refund was issued via check on September 1st for cancellation of service. Customer has never notified us they have not received the check. We would have gladly issued another check had we been told.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution has not been resolved. I still do not have the check that Blue Ribbon Disposal sent me for the refund that they "processed". I would ask that they send it today to my address.PO box 162****************.I would also ask that you leave this request OPEN until I receive the check from them and cash it to make sure the funds clear their account.Thank you.

The customer called us today, January 3rd, 202 to tell us she hadn't received her refund. Our policy is NOT to refund customers but we did refund this customer as we are aware of many situations with her inability to pay in a timely manner. We sent $65.98 via check in September 13 of 2021. She has now told us she did not get the check. I told her today we would send her out another check and verified her address.
Another check has been sent this morning in the amount of $65.98
I would appreciate to not have to reply about this situation again as we have tried what we can do on our end. Do you not investigate the customer's "evidence"? She has turned us into the BBB the same day she called to let us know she hadn't received the check. She turned us into the BBB the first time with NEVER calling us to inform us she hadn't received the refund.

I am rejecting this response because: I called to request a refund (again) ********************* hysterically laughed and then hung up on me.I still have not received the refund that I am due as of 1/4/22. ********************* did not verify my address today on the phone as she stated in her response. We will continue collecting this amount owed back to me as long as it takes her to realize that she is damaging her companys reputation and will end up owing more than the refund that I am asking the company to return back to me.
I feel that I've expressed enough times through the multiple reports that I still am due the refund and it has not been recieved. I've also forwarded the email chain with her sentiments as to the respect to the BBB arbitration process and her candor.

Once again, I'm not going to spend anymore time on this. I have refunded the customer now TWICE. What she is telling you is not true - I did not laugh hysterically at her or hang up on her. Why don't you confirm her allegations first before wasting my time again.
You can do what you want with this but I'm done corresponding with you and her.

We were a new customer. For almost 3 months. Original pick up was once a month. They missed us. I called that day spoke to Gina the owner. Changed the pick up to every Tuesday. The next 3 Tuesdays they missed us. Each time I spoke to Gina. She would not send her driver and said her trucks were sketch. I lost my CC. Got a new one. Gina ran the old card it's no good. So she tells her driver to skip us. I called her gave her the new credit card. She pulled 2nd payment. I watched her truck sit next door for 45 min. And then her driver drove right on by. I called Gina again. And was told she wasn't comming back. So I warned the community of a company who does not proved the service she says she does. Gina picked the dumpster up and canceled us. I want money back for a service that was not provided . She picked us up once in 3 months.Business response

Customer started service with us July 12, 2021 for weekly pickup of a 1 1/2 yard dumpster. Service was canceled September 9, 2021 for reasons listed below. We do not offer monthly pickup. Trash was picked up on a weekly basis for the exception of August 24, 2021 as the driver could not hook the dumpster up to the trash truck as it had been moved to a different place. We contacted the customer via email that we were unable to dump the trash that day and to please put the dumpster back to where it had been. The customer responded with a curt email, that is attached. Policy is if the credit card is declined service is stopped until payment is made. Customer was notified the credit was not working. Customer called on the day her trash was to be picked up with a new card. Customer was told we would try to get the driver to turn around, however, cell phone service in that area is sketchy. Nothing was said about "sketch trucks". The customer then proceeded to slander the owner, and using her picture on social media without her permission. Also the social media posts are attached. Due to these statements made on social media the owner made the decision to cancel the customer's service. The customer was notified via email her service was canceled and was not charged for September service. There is no refund pending.
We have GPS on all trucks if you would like to see the report, our driver was not next door for 45 minutes and that the trash was pickup weekly.
