    My vehicle had hail damage. *********************** worker of *************************** came to drop off rental and take my car to get repair. July 12,2023. *********************** would communicate with me at least once a week. Insurance approved all repairs a total of ****** or a bit more. Aug 4,2023 *********************** stated my hood had to be replaced due to the damage. Aug 13,2023 he said he no longer worked for the company and gave me the owners phone number. Messaged his wife *************************** she stated she was no longer at that location. A few days later *************************** called to explain to me my hood had not arrived and had to wait until the hood was at the shop. Explained to him I needed my car back because they had it for over a month and nothing was getting done. He explained how the insurance didnt want to pay for certain things on my vehicle and they were waiting for the insurance to pay. When *********************** had messaged me July 26, stating that the insurance had approved everything. Had to call my insurance to see what was going on and my claims agent called the company and spoke to ****** to the point where they were arguing and ********************* up. I eventually went to pick up my car Aug 18, 2023 because they wanted rental back even though my car was not done. My car was worse they it was when sent out with more damage then what it had besides some dents taken out and windshield and back window repair. **** was never order new just painted. My husband was inspecting the vehicle before we took it home and pointed out everything that was not done. They said they would order the tail lights my husband made them write it out on paper stating they would call us when lights came in and finish repairing my car. Its been over a month and nothing has been done. *************************** has been contacted multiple times about this matter by me and seemed to understand my frustration but has done nothing to fix this matter/ issue.
