      I ordered a ****** helmet back in July of 2022. I never received the helmet I have been in contact with them ever since I only get excuses. Paint materials shipping they have been telling me it's on its way for almost a year.

      I ordered from them back on September 29th 2022 and I never received my item. I have reached out to them multiple times and they keep giving me the run around.

      This order was for a custom built movie prop that is custom made, custom painted, and all done by hand. These take a long amount of time to build and make. I have been in the prop building business for years and up until 3d printers became highly available, it was common for movie props or any prop replica to take a year or two just to receive. This was common practice and has been for a long time. I am not amazon and am just a single person building these props at cost for people. I included a screenshot of his shipping label being purchased through pirate ship and will include it here as well. His custom prop should arrive to him next week so hopefully that doesn't impact my zero complaints over the past years now. I have had hundreds of patient customers with zero complaints that I know of except the few that don't want to wait on an item. Usually those are the ones that have changed their minds and just want to back out of the build.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I have communicated with the business on multple occasions a and everytime is a excuse of waiting on supplies, waiting to ship, waiting to come to town to deliver, on vacation and yet one year later I am still waiting. The fact that he worked in the prop industry negates the fact that he has on multiple occasions state he has the item ready to be shipped to me and also he does not have a disclaimer on his website or social media that delays will occur.

      I'm not sure If my original pictures posted to the reply, I might not have clicked the box to the left of them. 

      My website does state that these are custom built items that take a long time to make and could take several months depending on life and order list. I am only one person working on these builds in between work and family, and I do them at cost because of this. 

      Sadly I cannot skip customers ahead of other patient customers waiting for their order. This would be unfair so my orders go out in order of purchase. I have had a slow year but again, it is stated in my website description that they may take a long time to finish. 

      If this customer wants to complain about the wait, that's more then fair and his right to do so, but threatening to make a complaint to the BBB to try and skip his order ahead of others is not fair and won't speed up the process. 

      This customers order is ready to go out and will be dropped off at the local post office in the next couple days. Our household, kids and all, have been down with the flu otherwise this would have already been dropped off. I've been doing these prop builds for years and never have any complaints after the product is received and every customer stays happy, hints the zero complaints here. The only downfall to my business is i'm a single person doing these in between work, family, and I am a perfectionists that doesn't skip quality or order of purchase so, yes... they take time to receive. 

       

      Thanks for taking your time to read this and go through everything, the customer will have their product asap, and if this results in a negative **** on my history then that's fine. Every other customer understands these take a long time to make because I take pride in my work.
