On March 2023 I noticed that my niner Jet 9 RDO has a crack on the frame triangle, I took the bike to the dealer The WheelShop for warranty inspection, in fact the inspection outcome was that crack was going to be covered by the warranty by replacing the damaged part. I allowed 3 months for dealer to work the warranty process with the distributor Royal bicycles and Niner. After 3 months , I began to follow up with the dealer and the distributor , who have not received any positive answer from niner. I kept doing follow up calls every other week and the answer was the same “still waiting on niner to respond and send the replacement part” six months later I still have a broken bike that I don’t feel safe riding. Now I decide to contact niner directly to follow up on this and express my discomfort, I have wrote them twice within the last month and have called to their costumer service phone number with no response. As a safety precaution I am not using my bike since the crack have got larger.Customer response

This is to notify that a few weeks ago a representative from Niner contacted me regarding the warranty claim. Last week I received my bike’s replacement frame. I am satisfied with this replacement.
