I registered for the online school on 4/10/23 and paid in full a total of $ 3897. I realized after first class that I did not like their training at all. Then that very week I got laid off at work ( no severance)and since I am on work visa my presence in the country is temporary unless I find a job ASAP. The job market is horrible right now and I am running short of money to pay rent. I asked them for a refund. They out right refused saying they do not refund after the class starts. I was heart broken and stressed out! A school which teaches their students to be better humans and understand others problems cannot make an exception in their refund policy for such a huge life problem! On their website the offer payment plans of $471.44 per month. I asked them if I can change to that monthly payment plan so I can survive the month without a job. They flat refused! When I told them I will take this matter seriously and complain to BBB they told me they can change it to $1349 payment plan per month that has to be paid off in 3 months !!. That’s the only option I have. I have so may expenses and no money coming in. As a student it’s my right to have a payment plan of MY choice that is listed on their website or withdraw from a badly made program that adds no value to my future. They have no heart and I have been living hand to mouth. Yet they refuse to give me my full refund despite not wanting to continue their class or give me a minimal monthly plan. I am stuck and they don’t care. Why would I want to learn life coaching from a school that doesn’t care about it’s students problems.
