We went to this office back in February My son is two years old. My son has been growing teeth since two months old So the bottle did damage to his teeth. The only damage was his top teeth. Because he was so tiny and his teeth were not fully developed and one front tooth had started rotting we acted right away. My husband and I were very stern on telling Joseph the dentist that if the front tooth couldn’t be saved to just remove it as we had to put our little boy under anesthesia and that is very scary for him being two years old as it is for any age Joseph the dentist insisted on saving my son‘s front teeth even though there was nothing barely there to hold onto.. there is another dentist here and her name is Jolene. We first seen this woman she examined my son and also agreed that there was barely any teeth to save. After everything was said and done Dr. Joseph the owner of course insisted that every tooth needed to be saved once we were written up a quote we seen that it was hundreds of dollars cheaper to Just remove the teeth as we requested.. I want to make this very clear me and my husband told Joseph the dentist that we did not want to have a second visit and to just remove the teeth as they were so tiny and barely there.. Joseph insisted the procedure that cost more. My son had the procedure this cost me and my husband a little over $6,500. My son had two crowns at the bottom of his teeth to up top and he only had four of his front teeth that were bad that we requested the doctor removed eight days later the tooth that Joseph chose to save on his own shipped off.. and the tooth that was under it that me and my husband requested to have it being removed became exposed.. because of how much it cost my husband and I just did not have enough money to go back and have it fixed.. three months later my little boy got an infection. When we called about this joseph did not offer any type of reimbursement Erin his manager treated us like we were nothing
