I contacted DreamHorse.com to ask they DELETE my account with them IMMEDIATELY through a ticket with their support center. I asked that they email me to let me know after this was done. Afterwards I received a email saying I had to create another password for the Support Center separate from the DreamHorse account in order to track the progress of my request. I DO NOT WANT TO CREATE ANY MORE PASSWORDS!!! That's why I want my account with DreamHorse.com deleted. I want my account and password deleted -- not to create more passwords!!!! Please help me in getting my account with DreamHorse.com deleted.Business response

After searching our database for both her name and email address, it was explained repeatedly to **** ****** that she does not have an account on the DreamHorse.com server. We asked if she had any other email address she may have used and she replied that this was the only email address.
We explained that we have been deleting inactive accounts that are over 10 years old and it may have been deleted in that process. We explained that our help desk system was separate from our main site. We could not delete the help desk account and continue to work on her help desk ticket.
We tried to make it clear that there was no account found and so there was nothing to delete at this time. However, she kept repeating the question.
