Purchase an item in auction June 2nd 2023. Shipping available. Multiple message asking about product. No response no package no refund.it only 7 bucks but it the principal.Business response

Client was contacted 6/27 with a shipping quote, as stated on our terms and conditions we do not ship items until 4 weeks from auctions end and we even specify that you will not be contacted until the package is ready for shipping. Client obviously didn't read terms and conditions. When client was contacted on 6/27 he answered that he didn't want the package and he proceeded to say F You. That same day we gave him a refund. Attached are pictures of our terms and conditions for that auction, the text thread and the screenshot that shows the refund. Please close case with no repercussion to Fairlight Estate Sales.Initial Complaint

Per an invoice for Order # *********** of 4 April 2022 from Fairlight Estate Sales of Fort Collins, Colorado, I won an online auction for four lots (29, 32, 99, and 100). The invoice for $248.60 clearly noted (by description and a photo) that Lot #29 included a showcase rack for the display of military challenge coins. Unfortunately, the package of items I received on 23 April 2022 did not contain the showcase rack. In a phone conversation with Jorge L*** on 24 April 2022, he indicated he would send me the coin rack and credit my credit card in the amount of $25.00; neither has occurred. Further, I emailed the company on 24 May 2022 concerning this unresolved issue, but my email went unanswered.Business response

In appreciation for your patience in this matter we have also credited your account in the amount of $25 and provided free shipping on this item.
