SK Interiors, Sabrina K******, was recommended by ******** ** ** *****. We had spent a considerable amount of money at ******** **, so we trusted the recommendation was a reputable, quality business. Unfortunately, this was not the case. From the begininng, Sabrina insisted on pushing her ideas onto us without taking any regard for what we wanted or listening to us. A mover was coming to our home that Sabrina recommended & the day she gave was one that we would not be home. Sabrina scheduled him anyways. She would have gotten paid $300 to $400 for 3 to 4 hrs to come to our house when we were not home & tell the mover where to put our furniture, when she didn't even know where we wanted it put. When we brought it to her attention, she began yelling at me stating that we had alot of hours still on her retrainer so what did it matter. We only had 4 1/2 hours left. Sabrina was consistently late for appointments, usually anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes. I can only remember once her arriving at an appointment ahead of us. This late time was never removed from her charges to us and often times, we had already made a decision about what we wanted before her arrival. Instead of respecting our decisions, she would often waste our time by walking around asking, "What about this?, What about this?". Sabrina had charges towards us for work and material that was not done or used. The cost was never removed until we told her to remove it. 1st cost: she charged us for the painters to move furniture out of a room & then back; they didn't do it. 2nd: she charged us for the electrician to put up a light after she was told twice that we would do it. 3rd: we were charged for electric items not used, which the electrician said he told her but the costs were not removed. 4th: she claimed travel as 60min. Google shows 48min. After 3 visits to our home, she got paid for an hours work & had not done any work. Sabrina is not listed as being certified in the national data base.
