Dealing with these yahoos has been an absolute nightmare. First I had a tech come diagnose an issue. 2 hours later, he still isn't sure, he had to contact his supervisor for most of the visit and says it's probably the furnace being mounted too low. They charged me $307 for this "expert service visit". I then filed the claim through my equipment breakdown insurance. It was denied. Ok, fine. So I call back asking to discuss the work and schedule the repair. The front office lady (who has no idea about anything HVAC) says the tech needs to call me back. Ok, I wait a week. I call back. Same story, "he'll call you back". I wait another week. Same story, "He'll call you back". A month later he still did not call me back. Being frustrated that this company repeatedly says they will contact me to no avail, I scheduled another HVAC service. They came and fixed the problem, completely unrelated to what these idiots claimed, without a $5000 price tag. I asked for a refund due to the fact they were completely unresponsive and completely misdiagnosed the issue. They declined. This is not moral or right.Business response

The technicians that were onsite didn't like the way you spoke to them and unbeknownst to management didn't return your call. While onsite they were on the phone with your manufacturer's tech support as sometimes required. You were issued a refund and were not charged for the time or dispatch to your home.
