So many violations I dont even know where to start. They now stop Haress you are rude and flat out call you a lier and when you prove them wrong they wont acknowledge it. We had a flood in basement due to neighbors ground water, come to find out it has happened often at this property according to neighbors but they are real hush hush or Deny completely but was asking we file the flood on our renters insurance even though wasnt our problem. Had 5 professional company come out all saying ground water issue not Yemeni wash machine like they were saying they straight out called me a lier several time and guess what they waited 5 days before doing any kind if repairs and still never pulled the moldy carpet. We have a newborn in the basement rent eith jus mother fur Gods sake. Another time we couldnt use shower for 3 months we had a maintenance guy in our home everyday for a month that would just walk in not knock ever. These people are horrible they need to be shut down .Review from William S

I can't believe these folks are still in business. I spent thousands upgrading a townhouse that they were suppose to manage. They never even bothered to show the place and I ended up losing the property since I couldn't keep paying the mortgage month after month. Another property they had of mine I find out the place needed some repairs. Instead of letting me know they told the tenants that the owner was unresponsive. Drake Manor Management had a legal obligation to show the property and make me aware of repairs that were needed. I would not be surprised that some property owner has not taken these crooks to court.
