I paid $2,000.00 to this company for lifetime access to a program, two 30-minute virtual appointments (only one was provided), and six 1-hour Q&A's . During the final Q&A I asked what I was supposed to do next because my dog got significantly worse after purchasing additional supplements and following the instructions provided by the doctor. She refused to answer my question and insisted it would be addressed in our final 30 minute zoom call. The Dr refused to fulfil her final appointment with me essentially firing me as a client for embarrassing her during the Q&A - I don't feel asking "What am I supposed to do now that the 6 weeks is over?" was inappropriate, especially given that she has virtual vet appointments available at an additional cost. , she also discontinued my access to the program. If I no longer have access to the program what did I pay $2,000 for? I do have a copy of the contract I signed prior to starting the program offered.
