      Bought a product (clamp-on muzzle brake) from said company on 2023/12/07 at a price of $119.75 USD.I got in touch several times with the company to inquire about my product delivery date, and finally received it by mid-January 2024. The product I received was machined a little too small and did not fit.I advised the company on 2024/01/20 that the item did not fit, and they suggested I sent it back to them to be re-sized.I sent the item back, and my tracking showed that they received same on 2024/02/02.On March 7th, 2024, I inquired as to when my re-sized product would be shipped back to me, and was told that it should be the following week.On March 27th, I inquired again, and was told that they had been fairly busy but that they were working on it.On March 28th, I informed the company that should they did not send me back the re-sized product by the following week, that I would be asking for a refund because my son was anxiously awaiting it and it had been way too long.On April 4th, 2024 I wrote to the company and requested a full refund. **** Machine replied and said they would issue a refund right away.On April 17th, 2024, after checking with my financial institution (credit card I used for the purchase), I was surprised to learn that no refund had been received from **** Machine. The company replied in saying that they have had issues with their ebanking system and were suggesting they sent me a check by mail. I immediately replied to them, providing them my current address and asking for a tracking number for the check to be mailed. I urged them to provide me with it by the end of the week (2024/04/19). **** Machine replied that they understood my request.As of 2024/04/21, I haven't received anything from **** Machine and I am extremely disappointed, so is my son.I paid $119.75 to the company, plus the duty taxes for it, and I don't have the product I paid for, 4 and a half month later after being really lenient with the company.

      Attempted to purchase a Muzzle Brake from **** ****************************** Order #*******, December 17, 2022 for $96.67 for 1 item. Have sent multiple E-Mails requesting to terminate the transaction and refund my my money but no response or acknowledgement of my communication.Credit Card was charged the next day but over 2 months later their website still says "Processing". Have attempted to call several times never an answer. I just want the purchase price refunded back to my Credit Card.

      ordered a standard non custom part from them it has been 30 days and no change in processing and no response to my continual calls and emails to get an update on my order. I was genuinely and still am interested in this product but given that it has not come yet i have doubts it will come at all.

      Ordered Clamp-On Muzzle Brake 3 SEP 2022 and have not received to date. I have requested status updates multiple times via their website with zero responses. I contacted via phone and was told it had gotten lost on a shelf and would go out for delivery - still no delivery or tracking info provided to date.

      I paid for a clamp on muzzle brake. I paid on November 27th. I have the email confirming the payment from ****. I was told 3-4 weeks for product to be shipped. It's February 10th. Still no tracking number,no reason for delay ,nothing, no communication. Even with holidays ,weekends,etc they have had plenty of time to deliver the product they charged me for.

      My brother and I both ordered integrally suppressed uppers from Witt a couple years ago. Once the order went through I started email communication with Witt about getting my upper to the correct FFLs since they were going to separate ones. (I have screen shots of emails as well as bank statements showing payment). They filled my brothers order but never filled mine. I've called this stupid company well over 50 times to try to get resolution on this issue since I paid over a grand and have received nothing and the owner said they would get one sent out. Ever since that phone call I've called another 20+ times to talk to him to get a status update since it took another year and he is never there and has never called me back. This has been multiple years of waiting, and the only reason I accepted the first year was I know the ATF takes a long time. 3-4 years is absolutely unacceptable.

      I don't show an order for this customer but we are on a new system.  We are here Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm.  We have been taking care of a lot of these refunds from the previous move from Colorado to Texas as there were a lot of issues with the old staff who are no longer with us. We were not longer able to receive the parts to make the uppers and no longer carry them on our website.  I apologize for this.  Give us a call 940-461-8805 and we'll get you taken care of.

      I special ordered this muzzle break several months back. They build these to specified measurements provided by the customer. The first break they sent back was the wrong size. They told me it was because I sent them the measurements in mm instead of inches and it sometimes doesn’t convert the same. Which is hilarious. As if converting measurements isn’t constant. Yes I have an email showing they said this. So I sent it back and have them the measurements in inches. They claimed to have cut a new piece for me but it was the exact same size and had the exact same scratch on it as the first one. I informed them when I received the the same piece back I measured and it hadn’t been recut. I emailed them pictures of my calipers on my barrel and the calipers on the opening of the break. It clearly shows it’s .03 inches too small as I stated from the beginning. I told them it needed to .03” wider.They then proceeded to send me back the same exact part and refused to fix or refund.       Tell us wMr. ****** ordered his brake on May 5, 2021. On June 16, 2021 he contacted us requesting to open the whole up because it was too small from the dimensions he had given. First dimension given were .736/.736. We advised Mr. ****** to send the brake back with the new dimensions and we would recut it on us this time as per our policy. Mr. ****** sent the brake back with new dimensions of 0.730/.730. When he received the brake he called to complain that the brake was 0.700/0.700. We had our machinist check and he confirmed it was 0.730/0.730 as Mr. ****** requested the 2nd time so we did send it back to him after confirmation. Mr. ****** was not satisfied and sent it back a 3rd time which we do not normally refund or recut after the 2nd cut but we did cut a new one at 0.730/.730 and he was still not satisfied. He was told to send it back and the company would issue a refund after the recut but after the 3rd time it was determined our company is out the money and shipping due to Mr. ****** not measuring right as requested. We understand that all calipers and micrometers are not created equal. If this happens just let us know, we re-cut the brakes at no charge.       We've already responded to this post and the customer.  We are not issuing a refund for 3 parts made and the fourth mailed out all at our expense due to the inaccuracy of measurements sent by the customer.
