I ordered football uniforms for my team and I explained my team colors and they agreed to send send me orange and teal uniforms they send red and teal and refused to correct my uniformsBusiness response

Greetings,
To whom it may concern,
This is our formal response to the above-mentioned complaint from ********************* with ************* Saints.
Please see our attached invoice terms. We were not provided an exact color by ************. He sent ** photographs of third-party uniforms (not produced by our facility) and asked that we match them to that. We sent ************ invoice **** (please click the link to open it) and several texts confirming the colors prior to printing the order. The only requested changes to his art files were to change the blue and the Saints symbol.
************ was unhappy with the output after receiving and wearing the uniforms, so we replied and offered to create a new file provided he gives us the Pantone Color of his choosing.
We do not accept returns on custom items as per our invoice terms which ************ signed and acknowledged on August 17, 2022, and proceeded to pay the full amount.
We cover manufacturing defects (under normal use) at no additional cost, however, the invoice terms state clearly that we do not allow refunds due to the final output of color. The only way to match is to provide us with a PMS color.
Kindly let us know what the next steps are. We hope to achieve an amicable resolution.
