*************** installed a reverse osmosis system under the kitchen sink for drinking water. Continually, I tried to get him to service the tank and change the filter around the 6 month ***** and still have yet to have him provide that service. It is now over a year since the filter was replaced. Since *** dismisses my need for his services, I asked if he could give me the name of a company that can service his brand...he blatantly refuses, and insists he will do it. I'm still waiting. I also informed him of a water line hanging loosely underneath the cabinet, which get caught ** in dishes, and he completely disregards the need to rectify that problem as well. I feel he is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, and would not recommend his services or product.Business response

This is my ex-girlfriend and I gave her the reverse osmosis and we just broke up two days ago and there's nothing wrong with the reverse osmosis of change the filters never charger for it and never charged her for the reverse osmosis either this is her way trying to get back at me so I don't know what to do

*** has been an acquaintance for 15+ years, never my boyfriend. He did in fact gift the refurbished reverse osmosis system to me, however, he himself installed it and has previously changed the filter and for which I paid $65. I believe that I am indeed his customer. Because of this, there is no record of sale or service agreement other than a verbal exchange.
Honestly, I do not want any further contact with *************** due to fear of him possibly sabotaging the system. I would prefer that he disclose the name of the other water filtration company that can service his product so that I can finally get the filter changed.
