            On November 19, 2021, ***************************** doing business as RMR ************************************************ signed a contract with us to build a 30 x 40 x 10 building and took a cash deposit to buy supplies in the amount of $15,750.00. Building was to commence December 5, 2021. As the date **** near, we emailed ***** to see if he was going to begin on our building. Thats when the 101 excuses started, truck was broke down, personal problems, etc. Then around the 1st of the year, he said the mill had been shut down but he had our supplies and would be in touch. After a few weeks and numerous emails to him, he stated he had been in jail, equipment was broke down, couldnt get anyone to work in the cold and other problems. He is no longer living at the address in Fountain, he is not responding to emails or phone calls. We hired an attorney to try and settle the problem but he left no forwarding address and the letter sent by our attorney was returned. Having done some web searching the past month, have found that he had done this numerous times and have even found an article in the ****************** newspaper from 2020 where he did the exact same thing.

            ***************************** is now working in ***********(**************) I hired him to replace flooring. Thank God he only scammed me for ******. Started work then disappeared not answering phone nor text messages. He advertised in our local community board as *************. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES HIRE THIS FRAUD!!!
