Made a reservation and paid for 2 hotel rooms 12/2020. Due to covid we had to cancel and was told by the owner that we would have a credit of $604.20. I attempted to rebook for a vacation in 9/2021 but learned they had sold the property to ****** ***** ***** in Fraser CO. I contacted the purchasing ranch and was given the previous owners number in order to get my refund. I have attempted to make contact for the past month and have left multiple messages without any return call. I am requesting a full refund of the money I paid to them.Initial Complaint

On 9/2/21, received email from property that our reservation for November was cancelled due to sale of property to new owners, They stated that as of 9/2/21 there would be a refund of the deposit for dates of stay credited back to charged card. As of 9/11/21 there has been no refund for the deposit placed and the business has been unreachable from the phone number provided on the website.Business response

We returned the deposit of $238.50 on Sept 2. With the holiday/bank holiday it took longer than normal for those returned deposits to show on clients' statements. We know this because we spoke with several other clients who were waiting for their returned deposits to show. They all posted 1-2 days later than usual.
Not sure what else the client would have liked - we sold the Inn and returned all deposits for lodging and events promptly, notifying the clients of the situation and giving them an accounting of their returned funds.
