Do not hire this company they are a fraud. They use poor materials and do not follow through on fixing mistakes or a warranty issues when they did not install it properly the first time. There is no customer service or follow up. I dont know if this is a real company, but they will take your money for terrible work.

Colorado Turfin' installed my ******/2023. I was told the project would take 2 days, all waste would be hauled away and I would be able to keep any excess turf since I paid for it. After 2 days, most of the work was done except for some minor details. It took several calls from me to get someone to come back and finish, all the waste wasn't hauled away and I had to dispose of it in my trash. I was also told the excess turf wasn't mine to keep as extra was ordered. If that was the case, then why was it being stored in my driveway for a week? In October I noticed seams opening and called ***** (company owner) 10/10/23 about fixing them since this was under warranty. No response received, text message sent 10/13/23 along with pictures, no response, another text message sent 10/17/23, no response. Another text message sent 10/19/23, reply of "you contacted us less than a week ago. We'll get somebody over there." Never heard back. Another text message sent from me to ***** 11/3/23, no response. A final text message from me to ***** sent 11/14/23. I was told he was sorry for the lack of response but the company was currently in ******* and wouldn't return until Spring. This is poor customer service. I don't believe ***** ever intended to fix my turf or honor the warranty.

I hired ***** to begin partial work in my backyard in ****************************************************** my neighborhood and the builders needed a portion of my backyard for electricity. ****** employee, *******, told me that I would need to pay the entire cost up front. She said they would partially install the turf/rock & then they would return after the project was complete to finish. We signed a ************ paid everything up front.While waiting for the project to be completed, I notified ***** & updated him with what was going on. When I finally called ***** to complete the work, it took over a month to track him down. Finally when I chased him enough, he agreed to meet at my home to discuss next steps. The morning before the meeting, I emailed & texted to confirm. I did not get a response until 10pm & he told me he had a rough week because a distant family member had passed - He didnt detail if he was going to make our meeting or not. The next day, 15 min AFTER our meeting time, I texted and asked if he was coming & all he said was no. He had ZERO remorse or intention make things right. I had been bamboozled. We argued via text to get him to refund me but he was incredibly unprofessional. He told me to send him pictures so he could be done with this mess & then he told me hed just send a check for the remaining amount that he did not finish. He then tried to under value the cost & refund me $500 less. It wasnt until I threatened writing a review that he said hed refund me the amount that I was asking for! His exact words How about this. I give you the amount youre asking for, but you dont write us a review and we just part ways. He told me I needed to give him a month to pay it - He never did. I now have an incomplete ************* out $2,125.This man took my money & when it was time to complete his CONTRACTED JOB, he not only failed, but he gave me every excuse possible! He lied & he stole! Now I have to chase him in court!

we had turf installed today and it looks absolutely AMAZING! We had a free consultation yesterday and installment today. ***** was professional and explained all of our options. his crew came this morning and did a wonderful job. they communicated with my husband with any questions and were hard workers. we will recommend Colorado Turfin to all of our friends

After weeks of getting several quotes, talking to many sales people, I met **** and the team at Colorado Turfin. There were companies that were charging me DOUBLE for less quality and less options. After all the rain we got, we were able to get a schedule together and the team came out and got everything installed. Much thank you to ******, ****, ******, and *****. They came on a hot, sunny day and got my 500 square foot area completed in one day. All the guys were extremely pleasant and professional. From start to finish, this company stood out. From the sales guy that stood in the rain and did measurements, to the detailed quotes, to the follow communication.. Literally a model that most companies need to adopt. Thank you for all you do, and keep up the great work.

Absolutely wonderful company to work with! Excellent sales team, amazing installation team that communicates well and makes sure they are doing exactly what the customer wants. They are the only way to go for synthetic turf for your Colorado yard! We highly recommend this company!
