John Tapia, the owner of Crystal Clear Mobile detailing, also hangs Christmas Lights. I negotiated with him in November to hange some patio lights as part of taking care of our Christmas lights. He asked for a depositing of $425 to order the patio lights which I have record of doing via venmo and text in December. Then, John never showed to do the work. I have record of him stating he would be coming and then not showing--multiple times. I finally decided to get help from somebody else, and asked John to return the $425. He said he was willing (I have this evidence in text), but has again failed to follow through for months. It is now almost 6 months past my giving him the deposit, his not performing the work, and I want my deposit refunded. It's an easy solution if he just pays me my deposit back. I have included pictures of the text trail with John Tapia as evidence so you can see the sequence of events.
