            An Ecoshield salesman rang our doorbell 2-3 times today. We have a "no soliciting" sign stuck to the middle of the door where no one can miss it. He said he wasn't selling anything and said, "You thought you had one over on me there, huh," when I pointed to the sign. His manner was not polite.

            Ecoshield marketing and contract policies are very substandard and misleading. The initial service, in our case priced at $299 is offered with a $150 discount which is required to be paid back if the service is cancelled more than 3 days after the initial service. That period of time is not sufficient to determine the value or quality of the service. The original salesperson in my case was misleading, and unprofessional. The service people I encountered were responsible and courteous. When I requested a follow up to the initial service because of additional yellow jackets on our patio we had to wait 10 days for the scheduled "nesting/egg cycle" appointment. When I called to cancel, the customer service person, perhaps understandably, but annoyingly, continued to attempt to persuade us to continue the service to avoid the $150 "discount" repayment.
