I paid for a Mug Club membership in December 2022 at Todd's Tavern located in the Sunlight Mountain Base that I never received, which entitled the member to 1 free drink and $1 off all successive drinks purchased there. Although I skied there throughout the 2022-2023 winter season, I received zero communication regarding my mug membership, even though both the tavern and Sunlight Mountain Resort had my phone and email as a season pass holder. When I checked on the mug club membership in April 2023, I was chastised for not having picked up my mug months previously and was told the one extra mug at the tavern was long gone. Apparently, I was intuitively supposed to know exactly when to visit Todd's Tavern to actually use my mug club membership. I've tried reaching out several times to Sunlight's customer service email, and once again, have heard nothing from them (though somehow I kept receiving reminders to buy my season pass during fall 2023). I'm very disappointed in Sunlight's lack of communication and failure to provide the product I purchased or refund me and will not patronize them again.
