11/17/22 looked at new Polaris Rzr. 11/24/22 Salesman calls and says if I get there that day he will knock $1k off price and has roof he will put on. I tell him I will look at roof but will not pay for install. Arrive at 4:15, (close at 5). Roof is on, says he will "take care of" the price. Paperwork not ready. My trailer won't work so have to trade in for a new one. He gives me $1k for mine and I add $3k so as to not have to finance trailer. Has me sign a Bill of Sale and says he will "fix it" and have paperwork ready on Monday and I leave with Rzr and trailer. Next day I find trailer tires have only 20lbs of air, lug nuts are finger tight and pins for gate are hanging loose. Oil leak on Rzr. Go back next Friday and service can't find anything leaking. Salesman and Finance girl are no where and get handed an envelope with paperwork. When I get home I tighten oil filter and stop leak. I see I was charged $2400 for dealer prep and $622 for roof/install. And no where is the $1000 he said he would deduct. Call several times, leave messages or put on hold until I hang up and get no return call. Gave up. Now 7/23 DMV notifies me that they have applied for a duplicate Title for trailer to add Credit Union as Lien-holder.Business response

WE APPOLOGY FOR THE LATE RESPONSE. WE CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER ON AUGUST 17, 2023 AT 10:55 AM. After speaking with the customer, we came up with a solution to the complaint that included a refund, which the customer agreed to.

On 7-8-22 I perchased a ATV from them and wanted to cancel the extra warranty the dealer told me I had to wait and talk to the bank with the loan it took awhile to get with them and they said no the dealer should take care of that so it went back and forth with them then I did some paperwork with the dealer but it's taking longer than they said and I'm worried they will keep putting it off I don't know what else to do but get a lawyer to get refunded the money thanksBusiness response

The warranty contracts that Mr ***** is referring to were cancelled per his request 8/14/2022. Because Mr ***** financed the Cf Moto ATV he purchased all refunds will go directly to the lienholder and will pay down the balance of the loan. Mr. ***** will not directly recieve a refund. Please check with the lienholder to make sure the credit has been issued to the loan balance. If this has not been taken care of please let us know and we will contact the warranty company to resolve. It is very important to us that Mr. ****** refund is processed and that he is taken care of.Customer response

I purchased two new ****** ATVS for Cash from Karl Malone Auto Sports in Glenwood Springs, CO in Feburary 2021. To date I have not received my Title documents for the two purchases. When I contact the Title Clerk she says she mailed the documents to me shortly after the sale. When she was told they were not received she said she would duplicate the title work and send it to me for a fee of $40. I told her I was not willing to pay twice for something I had already purchased. It was company policy to charge for this. I then spoke with the General Manager Matt L*****. He agreed to waive the fees if I drove to Glenwood Springs to pick up the documents. This would cost me more that the $40 fee. Otherwise he stated it was an industry standard to charge to duplicate the tiltle work. I concur if I had ever received the documents. No proof of mailing and no proof of delivery. I request I receive my Title paperwork for my purchases. Staff was courteous. Thank youCustomer response

General Manager Chris C****** contacted me and stated he would have the title paperwork sent out ASAP at no charge. Title Clerk Kimberley J****** expedited the paperwork and it was delivered to me by registered mail in a very timely manner. Complaint resolved to my Satisfaction. This company responded quickly and courteously to my issue. Please close this complaint on my behalf with no other action required. Thank you BBB and Karl Malone Motorsports.
