Revolution power yoga the main studio is located in Avon Colorado, this happened at the studio in glenwood springs that they just closed the doors with no warning. I signed a contract for teacher training the contract stated 500 non refundable deposit, they closed and are refusing to refund me the rest of my money, the contract states the location will be in glenwood springs and Avon location, they took even more money out of my account the day after they closed. My credit card company is notified of what is going on.Business response

Please note that Revolution Power Yoga Avon and Revolution Power Yoga Glenwood Springs are two separate business entities.
Revolution Power Yoga Glenwood Springs has, unfortunately, ceased operations due to financial issues. Revolution Power Yoga Glenwood Springs is currently liquidating its personal property, and collecting all receivables. The full amount of debt owed by the Company is not yet known. When the shut down of the business is complete, Revolution Power Yoga Glenwood Springs will pay creditors according to Colorado law.
We understand the difficulty this uncertainty may create for you. However, Revolution Power Yoga Glenwood Springs cannot prefer one creditor, or a group of creditors, over other creditors in violation of Colorado law. We appreciate your patience while we complete this process.
In the interim, another company, Revolution Power Yoga Avon, has offered to accept Glenwood’s customers, and honor their memberships and punch cards, without any cost to the customer. Likewise, Revolution Power Yoga Avon has offered employment to all instructors of Glenwood.

To whom this may concern,
Revolution Yoga Glenwood has, unfortunately, ceased operations due to financial issues. Revolution Yoga Glenwood is currently liquidating its personal property, and collecting all receivables. I am rejecting this response because: the contract states Avon/glenwood location. The money was taken out at gws location when you claim you closed the doors the day prior. The contract states I am entitled a refund
