I want to respectfully address a matter regarding my enrollment in the *************************** (***) course at the Spiritual Living Center for ********************** was accepted into the *** course on April 17, 2023, and unfortunately, I had to withdraw during the first week of the program. As per the institution's guidelines, I am *********** a refund of 80% of the course fee. The total cost of the course was $1,495, and accordingly, the institution would owe me a balance of $1,196.I promptly informed the program supervisor, Rev. ********************************** of my withdrawal, and initially, she acknowledged and approved my decision. However, subsequent communication has been challenging, making it difficult for me to receive updates on the status of my refund.The last communication I had with Supervisor ***** was on September 19, 2023, and since then, attempts to reach her have been unsuccessful. I am reaching out to you in the hope that you can assist me in resolving this matter and ensuring the institution takes responsibility for returning the funds rightfully claimed.I understand that situations may arise, but it is crucial for me to receive the refund owed as it aligns with the institution's own policies. I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter and appreciate your assistance in facilitating the resolution.If there are any additional steps or information required from my end, please do not hesitate to let me know.
