Absolutely top notch! From initial call to communication and THE proper identification of the issue saved me hundreds of dollars over Roto Rooter, who could not even figure out what rhe problem was with TWO men sent in two trucks.*** was on time, friendly and let me know the progress at each step.I cannot say enough how pleased with *** and High 5!!! I am surprised that High 5 received a BBB award for ethics. That was not my experience. Rather, I found High 5 to be unethical, unprofessional, and sloppy. I contracted with High 5 to replace a broken sewer line, for almost $17,000. I think the job itself was well done. However, the scope of work included inspecting the entire line to the city tap, but they scoped only 65 feet of a 100 foot line. Had they done so, they would have found another area of concern which couldve been repaired in the same job. The scope of work also promised a report and a video of the replaced line. That was not provided. High 5 did not clean up after their job was done. They left dirt over my sidewalk, patio and driveway. They left concrete material all over my patio. They did not correctly replace the sod. I complained about these and other issues via certified mail which they did not respond to. After I submitted a negative email review, they called. They offered to reimburse me $150 for the second sewer scope I had to order from another company since High 5 did not provide the one promised. For some reason however they have refunded only $100. I have called four times about the unpaid $50, but the calls have not been returned, nor has the money been repaid. They did send out a technician, at no cost to me, to scope the entire line, as promised in the original scope of work. He came back with recommendations for a range of work that could be done with the highest option costing $13,000. I do not feel I can trust High 5 and I will never use them again.Review from charlie s

This last week I had a clog in my kitchen sink line, so called High 5 Plumbing to come take a look. Their plumber ***** recommended a few options to unclog it (one option was $1,300+ for a bunch of unnecessary work), and I went with the cheapest option of a drain snake and some chemicals for $450. When I got home from work that day, there was flooding under my kitchen sink and floor. I called them back and they sent ***** back out the next day, who recommended replacing the entire garbage disposal for $800+, or putting some putty on the leak for $300. Since the leak was new, I told them I had no interest in spending more money. I finally spoke with a manager **** later that night - he said the leak was probably old (as if I wouldn't notice flooding under my kitchen sink every time I used it for the past year? and during diagnostics ***** had ran the water for a long time and looked under the sink and never mentioned a leak before he did his work). I told him that I paid $450 for a simple declog, and my sink was worse off than before, and I just wanted them to stand by their work and fix the problem. His response was that they are a business and can't do any free work. He admitted that putty is super cheap ($5 at ************ but he wasn't willing to send out a plumber for the hour of labor.The fact that they wouldn't own up to the problem and stand by their work, and that their solution was to recommend something completely unnecessary and expensive (replacing the entire garbage disposal for $800+, which worked just fine) - felt like a slap in the face and made me lose all trust in this business. I wouldn't recommend this business and would caution others about their business model of providing multiple repair "options," which is really just a way to upsell and take advantage of customers who don't know the difference.High 5 Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric Response

Sorry for your experience you had with us in regards to this job. I reviewed all videos and pictures from the original jobs. We do believe that this was a new problem that started after we completed the original work. We did offer the most cost effective option to fix the problem which was that $296 option. We provide multiple option on every job, so our clients can chose which solution works best for them. I hope you have a great day.

This business is basically a scam. They charge a fee to give the customer an estimate and the estimate is easily 3-4 times the going rate for the service if not more. We were quoted $2,400 for labor to install a dishwasher and then asked to pay $150 if we didnt accept the rip-off of a quoteHigh 5 Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric Response
