I paid $428.00 for resume and a cover letter service March 23, 2023. I submitted a my draft resume and answered the questions they asked. They guarantee the product within 3 to 5 days. I was assigned a writer( *********) and after a few days I received a message stating the writer had an emergency and they needed to reassign a writer. The second writer (***) contacted me via email and we had a couple messages back and forth on their website message platform and then I stopped hearing from her and never received a draft or any written materials. I sent a message to the company from their website and called the company and left a message. On April 6, a woman from the company returned my call and was very apologetic saying she was unable to reach Bea ******** either and that she was a new writer to them. I asked to be reassigned to another writer and she said "I will assign someone I know who will get the job done". I received a message from *********************** (the message platform shows a picture of her and a short bio) on 4/7/23 saying she will be submitting a draft of my resume within 3 to 5 days and gave me a link to schedule the one 30 minute conversation that I paid for. Today, April 14, I messaged ****** early in the morning asking for the draft resume today so I can start applying for jobs next week and she did not reply to my message or send any materials. I write a message to her this evening saying this needs to be sent to me as she is going "out of town" from April *****. I have received no communication from her. I sent another message today, April 14, to the company and left them a voice message. *********************** owns ******************************************** I did a little web research and found the following two links which are very disturbing and believe this company may be a scam:***********************************************************************************************************************************Business response

I am rejecting this response because the business response does not create resolution. I am able to provide all correspondence with dates and times between myself and the writers, and phone records showing my calls to the business and the returned call I received. This information shows clearly a timeline of what took place, what was promised, and what was guaranteed. I also have screen shots of the company website that describes what I purchased and what I would receive which I have not. I am requesting a refund in full for not receiving the service I paid for.
