            I took my brand new 2021 GMC ************* here for a lift, wheel replacement and some custom paint work in March after seeing some of the work they had done for others. Right away when I got there I overheard an employee trying to calm down an irate customer and assuring them that they would make things right. If I would have known then what I know now, I would have walked out and saved myself much time and stress.First the guy I was working with, TJ, overcharged me by $1,000; fortunately I caught this immediately, but nevertheless had to wait a few days for it to be back in my acocunt. I was told that the work would take three days, then on the third day recieved a call asking if they could have an extra day to ensure it was all done well. Of course I want it done well, so take an extra day. Then they called again to ask for another extra day, but assued me it would be ready for pickup at 5:30pm that day. When I get there at 5:30pm (two days after the inital expectation) I had t
