Been using them for 6 years and the top notch service continues. They were on time. Great communication about appointment. Very conscientious about protecting the interior of the house while doing a messy job on the wood stove. Cleaned the chimney thoroughly and quickly. Give a professional assessment on the condition. *** and the Chimney Doctor team were the first bright light in an otherwise very challenging year. My home was damaged in a wildfire last June. My heating system was destroyed by the effects of excessive heat and I could not find any contractor to repair or replace the system. I was facing finding another place to live come winter. I considered getting a wood stove, but my house had no ************************ knew this was beyond my DIY skills. I wasnt optimistic as all attempts to get most repairs, rebuilding after the fire were unsuccessful. Thankfully I found *** and separately the Chimney Doctors via web search and they actually called back- 2Xs as I didnt realise they were one and the same. From first contact to completed installation they were 100%+ helpful, instructive, and offered all the guidance and support I could hope for. The communication was always prompt with both emails and phone calls to assure everything would go smoothly.They helped me choose which stove to purchase (not easy task with the 2021 supply issues), worked my installation in to allow me to stay in my home and even rescheduled the installation to be completed before Thanksgiving! They did an excellent job, Im very happy with my wood stove which looks great and keeps my home warm. In summary, 5 stars for professionalism, and 5 stars for humanity.
