On Friday May 3 2024 I received a 90% silver statehood quarter from Sclora Enterprises which I had ordered on their **** store. The picture and description promoted the item as new "uncirculated" and in pristine condition. It arrived cloudy and scratched. I contacted ****** *** **** messenger, describing the problem with the coin and included pictures of the item. Sclora responded that they use stock photos on their **** listing and cannot help if some coins are blemished. They wanted me to return the item through the mail. I cannot do this as I am homebound and do not have access to a printer. I am requesting that Sclora send me a postage paid package, at which point I can return the item. Sclora misrepresented the coin that they sold to me and they should be responsible for correcting this mistake. Also, upon checking their **** feedback, HUNDREDS of other buyers have experienced this same issue. Thank you.Business response

The coin did NOT leave my house in that condition. Proof coins look perfect when they leave here, I am guessing there was some damage done in transit. as for cloudiness, moisture in transit will cause that. A quick dip in some JEWELRY CLEANER will take care of it, though. Customer was offered an apology, as well as a return or a 10% refund if he chose to keep the coin. This was not good enough for this customer, he CLAIMED to not have access to a printer and demanded that I send him a return envelope / label in the mail to accommodate his special needs. I refused. I offered a VIABLE solution to this problem, and it is NOT my problem that he does not have a printer. If you shop online, you SHOULD have a computer and a printer... He ALSO could have just put the coin in an envelope and sent it back, but noooo, He's too cheap to spend 67 cents on a $7.50 item... This complaint is because I REFUSED to be bullied into doing what he demanded me to do.... I do not bow to privilege of any sort.... I have been selling thousands of coins online for over 10 years and have a 98.7% POSITIVE feedback rating....Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
The response was rude and the seller was dishonest. They have 314 negative reviews on **** for nearly the same issue that I had. All that I want is a SASE sent to my home because I can't travel to the PO. I will then return the item for a refund. The seller has made this into a personal power struggle and violated federal law with the comments about disability.
