I met with ******* for a "consultation" on June 13th to sign my dog up for training. I paid $425 plus tax on that day for 5 weeks of training, once a week on Thursday evenings. The trainer, ***** got COVID so the first 2 sessions after that consultation were cancelled. The third week after the consultation I showed up Thursday evening and ******* informed me that the session was cancelled because he still wasn't feeling well. Then she rescheduled me for next week on a Saturday that I had to reschedule. The fifth week was scheduled was on a Saturday again and they cancelled due to an emergency. The 6th week I finally met the Trainer for what was supposed to be the first session but he didn't know who I was or who my dog was or what my needs for raining were so he gave us another consultation where we sat and talked for an hour and he told me to un-train my dog's leave it command and that since we didn't train at all this meeting didn't count as a session. The next week they cancelled for another emergency and I asked for a refund. They refuse to give me a refund because they claim we started our first session already. I will not continue to reschedule sessions with them and need help getting my money back for the services that they did not provide.Customer response
